High intensity
Both the last weeks and the coming time are marked by a high intensity, both energetically and in the events. The effect is that people feel tired and exhausted over and over again, become sick or have accidents. Challenging, often unexpected events force them to take decisions. The intensity in some leads to internal tension and aggressive behavior. The learning step is always to find inner peace, to find inner stability and to remain calm and content in conversations and discussions with others, to stand by one’s truth and not to be provoked (supportive Elohim gold).
Healing
Through events, confrontation with others, through projects that are not running or upsetting events, emotional trauma, painful experiences and traumas are touched. Sadness, disappointment, resignation, fear of the future, fear of death and ruin can all result. When you observe your feelings and thoughts, you become aware of the inner states.
At the same time we get a powerful energetic support to heal the past (supporting Elohim gold and pink). The healing leads to insights. Thoughts, behaviors and sensations change significantly. Staying and deciding to keep going is a must.

Clarification and alignment
It is still about clarification, about recognizing or deciding what is important to us, how we treat ourselves and what we want. Assumed ideas, thought structures and beliefs want to be reviewed. Lazy compromises and “rotten old stuff” break down. Decisions we have made are challenged time and again by external events, and have to be reviewed or adjusted times and again. If we keep the decision or alignment after the review, it will become clearer and more accurate. The power for implementation and to do further steps is increasing.
Renovation
The clarification releases blockages. Potentials become visible that were not used or unfolded before. News shows and develops, and that is the focus for the upcoming time. Again, we should pay attention to the opportunities and chances that arise, take decisions and take responsibility for our decisions and actions (supporting Elohim gold). Sometimes we get unexpectedly help from other people who address blockages and traumas or show solutions and ways.
Even situations that look catastrophic, can ultimately provide a chance, even if you do not see it at first. They can lead to what we want, what we want or what we have set ourselves on the soul level. It is helpful to pause again and again, for finding inner peace and to see what is important (supporting energy: “Krisen meistern” crisis management). Meditations and the connection with the higher consciousness are very helpful right now.
Check relationships and friendships
In the coming weeks, we will continue to be confronted with the question of who we want to go further with, who we care about, who we want to live or work with. Unresolved conflicts become visible. The supportive energy makes it easier to separate one's own share and the other's share and say things that have not been said or seen before. It is also easier to express one's own position calmly and clearly and to stand by oneself and one's point of view, even if others do not understand, do attack, try to persuade or intimidate.

Meditation: Go to a running water or imagine a stream or river. Look at it for a while. Watch as the water moves and changes, as new water comes and keeps flowing. If you want, you can also give the water your burdensome thoughts, feelings and situations and connect the water with the violet ray of the Elohim, so that everything is transformed (supporting the CD “Heil sein” (Available in German language only).

• Emotional reactions
Recent weeks were very changeable for many people. On some days they felt worn out and exhausted, on others they were full of vigour and energy. These fluctuations will persist for a while yet, leading to some people ‘reaching their limit’ and reacting in an overly sensitive or unreasonable way. Some quickly become aggressive and malicious, others quickly feel upset, despondent or hurt and then withdraw.

• Uprooting deep-seated patterns
In recent times there were unexpected events with surprising turns, which strongly influenced or changed our lives. In the coming weeks, too, some existing structures and arrangements might change significantly. Certain situations and people will bring to the surface painful memories, injuries and disappointments, which shaped our ways of behaving. This offers opportunities for healing. And it offers us the chance to review existing agreements we have made with other people: What is still in order? What needs to be changed? Here it is advisable to seek assistance, since then it will be easier to recognise and uproot any deep-seated structures and behaviours.

• A boost and new impulses
In April, the energy of Spring helps us to make progress with our projects. Things that were blocked until now begin to move. We receive surprising offers and recognise opportunities that were previously hidden from view. It is time to become active, to take steps that were planned, and to resolve things we have been putting off (supportive energy: Nr. 10 - Kamakura). However, this does not mean we should stubbornly persist with previous plans, but rather look closely for tips, signs and offers that indicate we can open up to the new and unknown. This can trigger anxieties. It is helpful to look at our fears or anxieties and accept our own insecurity. Then we can dare to take courageous steps (supportive energy: Nr. 3 - El Morya).

• Making the most of Spring
The energy of Spring is good for our body. We can use it to ‘re-fuel’, topping up our reserves of strength and stability. Nourishing food, exercise in nature, and periods with cleansing regimes for our body can all support this. Further, the energy of Spring helps us while we are ‘dreaming’ to consciously recognise previously suppressed or hidden wishes, desires and hopes. Dreaming can open up new opportunities. Of course, not all dreams can or should be fulfilled, but they can show us the right direction towards a more satisfying life.

Meditation: Lie down or imagine you are lying in one of your favourite places to recuperate: on the beach, in the forest, on a mountain clearing. Light surrounds you, caressing and touching you, and a pleasant aroma is in the air. You can relax deeply. As you relax, you dream, giving space to your wishes, desires and hopes, consciously becoming aware of them. This is information from your inner wisdom, from the level of your soul, which may come in the form of images, sensations or thoughts.

• Focussing
Recent weeks were again stressful for many people, with projects getting stuck and prevailing feelings of tension, stress, overwork and a need for peace. This led to reactions being aggressive, people getting the 'wrong end of the stick' or even just not listening properly. Many became ill: backache and shoulder problems were common. This situation will persist – although not in the intensity of the past few weeks. It will be beneficial to support our body by ensuring enough movement and rest.
In order to avoid exacerbating the overload, it is helpful to focus for a moment and ask: What is particularly important now? What is currently not as important? What do I need to do now? And what can I abandon or postpone? As much as necessary, as little as possible – that will be the guiding principle. We need to take frequent breaks, create moments of peace, meditate, and look after ourselves.

• Sharing and togetherness
It is valuable to give ourselves opportunities to share and be together with inspiring conversation partners, like-minded people and skilled advisers. We can take a careful look at how another person’s skills and experience are different to ours. We might complement each other well, so there might be an opportunity to find a partner for any joint ventures. It is important to listen. Our inner tension and feelings of overload create a tendency to answer quickly and neglect the nuances and 'hidden messages'. So it can be helpful to reflect on conversations we had and see if we can recognise any signs or indications we missed (essence: My Togetherness).
By being together with others we can develop new ideas which we had not seen before. Finding one piece of the puzzle helps to find the next, and before we know it the whole picture forms – or becomes visible again.
However, the opposite can also occur: people might create provocation and seek disputes. So we need to help ourselves by putting on a 'thick protective layer' and keeping our composure (essence Mindfulness and Protection).

• Distorted perception and misunderstanding
There is currently a strong tendency towards a distorted view of reality and statements. This can lead to increases in misunderstanding and arguments.

• Rethinking current situations
It is still necessary to review life situations and relationships. Clarification and a new way of being together are possible. It can be helpful to accept whatever the current situation is, allowing us to relax even if we do not know how things will continue or develop.

• Respecting our inner wisdom
On the spiritual level we are currently being provided with powerful assistance for our development and progress along the path. It is therefore helpful to keep strengthening our connection to our inner wisdom and soul. This makes it easier for us to find our path and our place (Nr. 16 Hilarion and Meditation).

Meditation: Focus your attention on your heart and let a connection form between your heart and the higher levels of consciousness / to your soul. Ask for this connection to be strengthened. Ask also for a clear view of anything that is CURRENTLY important for you. Watch for the inspiration or impulses which then come – perhaps they will be an image, a feeling, or a conversation with another person.

• Intensity
The current energy feels very intensive and arduous to many people. Deep-seated, burdensome issues are coming to the surface, pressing for attention, processing and integration. There are often learning and growth steps connected with this, helping us to gain strength and inner peace. Here, it is especially helpful to seek support, in order to avoid the “blind spots” we generally have for our own obstructions. Clarification and healing can then be more comprehensive and profound.

• Letting go of outdated concepts and expectations
We begin to see what is outdated or no longer relevant in our lives. This includes ways of behaving, expectations and concepts. The current energy helps us to let go of all of this more easily and bid it farewell. Some people also feel an impulse to tidy up. We will gain strength by orienting ourselves to our “true being” and focussing on the essential, truthful and fulfilling aspects of our life.

• Changeable energy
The energy is still changeable. There are days when people feel tired, exhausted, heavy, sad and lacking in motivation. Our body may be sluggish and weak. It becomes difficult to move. Fears become visible, including a fear of becoming ill or an anxiety about having some form of invisible disease as well as existential ‘angst’. Other days are full of clarity and verve. We recognise exactly what needs to be done or what the issue is, we can organise ourselves well and we get a lot done.

• Inner tension and irritated, aggressive reactions
For some people, the highly charged days create inner tension, leading them to react aggressively, irritably or arrogantly. Some react very emotionally. This dis-illusionment often feels like disappointment. Illusions and false concepts burst like a bubble. Conflicts arise, but we need to use them to clear up issues on our own path, in our behaviour and in our dealings with other people.

• Relationships and community
A core issue for the coming weeks will be relationships and community, including the longing to connect and belong. Who or what do I belong to? Who belongs in my life? Who do I feel connected to? Who do I want to be together with? Who do I want to achieve things with? What should my dealings with other people be like? These are the questions which will arise. They can be used to help shape our lives. If we want community, we need to be clear about what we are wishing for – and make a contribution towards it.
We need to maintain and enjoy the communities we already belong to (friends, family, colleagues). Sharing and exchanging with friends and like-minded people is currently very supportive, for our own development, too.

• Recognising our own needs
It is currently especially important to stand up for ourselves and our needs, and to look after ourselves. What do I need in order to feel well, to feel nourished, and to remain in my strength? What sort of relationships and contact with other people is nourishing for me? What does my body need?

• Taking a close look, keeping the essence in sight
At the moment it is important to take a very close look and let our gaze pe*****te through different layers. Things are not the way they seem to be. The truth is not only made up of what we can see on the surface. There is a risk of distracting ourselves in the detail and losing sight of the essence or core. Here, it is also helpful to share and exchange in order to monitor and train our own perception. Nonetheless, we also need to look closely at the people we choose to share and exchange with, and check their claims. After all, we all tend to see only a part of the truth, or to let our judgments and fears cloud what we see.

• New opportunities
Opportunities are revealing themselves, with great promise. It is still uncertain what will become of this, but there is definitely movement. It is important to be active when action is needed.

Meditation: Direct your attention to your heart and connect with the power and love that your heart has. Then connect to the love and awareness of the Earth, and then to the highest consciousness. Request the power of this consciousness to flow to you, into your body-energy system, and into your life, enveloping and protecting you. To close the meditation, direct your attention back to your heart and let this heart power flow into your body-energy system. Ask it to integrate consciousness.

Stormy times, emotional escalation, picking up pace

• Situations bursting to the surface, being “fed up”, strong emotional reactions
In recent weeks people were extremely tired or even exhausted, and slept a lot. Measures to gain more energy or become more active did not really help. Nonetheless, there were things which got cleared up or revealed. Situations which were stagnating began to flow again.
On July 26, the Maya calendar began a new year with the energy “Blue Storm”. This “stormy energy” brings things to the surface which are still not cleared up or which need to be looked at now. It shows us things which annoy us – and thus gives us a chance to resolve our own blockages and wounds, in turn creating new opportunities.
The current energy is leading to inner tension, which means people tend to overreact. This energy is sometimes so intense it gives people the feeling that they cannot cope with the inner tension they feel. Some want to just give up and retreat from the world. I often heard people exclaim, “I’ve had enough. I give up!” It can be especially difficult to remain calm under stress. Situations can escalate quickly, even if they were only triggered by something minor. People blow things out of proportion, scream at each other, hurt each other or, in contrast, withdraw and refuse any form of contact with others.

• Burst of energy
As far as I can see, in the next few weeks we will receive a strong burst of energy which will stoke things up. This means there will be the risk of us becoming hyperactive and full of inner tension. However, we can use this energy to help enact our aims and visions, as will be described below. The important thing is to keep stabilising ourselves and to act in a careful, prudent way. Clear goals, a structured approach, setting priorities and some discipline are all needed. Above all, when we are “racing along” we need to stop occasionally for a moment and look inwards in order to check our activities.

• Rethinking our life concept, setting a long-term course and aligning ourselves
When we have set the sails for the right course, this burst of energy will take us some distance in the right direction. We gain strength to put plans into action and benefit from inspiration and profitable conversations. This great strength can even lead to more success and growth than we originally wanted.
However, if our sails have not (yet) been set or adjusted, the storm might just throw our boat violently around or force us miles off course. This manifests as people running around aimlessly, engaged in activity without any sensible results, being scattered or talking excessively.
So it is now once again very important to carefully check our vision and our life concept: What do I want to live out? What is important to me? What should be the focus of my life? Where do I want to go? What projects do I want to realise and make progress with? What sort of path to my goal do I desire? Could I accept my vision being greater than I currently see it? How do I want to feel? What behaviour do I want to change? What new behaviour do I want to learn?
Here it is important not only to bear in mind our vision and goal, but also to assume responsibility for our success, to plan our next steps and then take them, to become active, and to take a look at both the broader context and the finer details. Mindfulness and far-sightedness are both required.

• Taking decisions
In order to bring movement back into situations which have stagnated, decisions are now needed. So it is helpful to take a conscious look at situations which are stagnating and where there is resistance or pressure. If we can take some decisions here, then things will start moving again. This could also be a case of reasserting decisions which we have already taken. Or, taking a conscious decision to wait until the right moment comes to make a particular decision. Since this is also a way of enhancing the power of that particular path.
Having made a decision with regard to life planning does not mean that we then have to continue stubbornly in the chosen direction. It is more like standing at a crossroads and deciding to take the road which leads off in the chosen direction. Then, once we make a little progress along that road, there will be a new junction and a new decision to be taken. Some of the paths leading off here (the decisions we take) will lead to a place we could also have reached via a different path. So there will always be new chances to take a look at our current location and decide to change course.

• Alternating between exhaustion and vigour
With this new energy, people have strength, they feel vigorous and become active again. However, they then repeatedly become tired, exhausted, blocked or paralysed.

Meditation: Every day, take a little time to write down what you want, what is important to you, what you want to do... For this you can also use the questions listed in the section Rethinking our life concept. At first, simply write without thinking. Just let the answers flow. Then take a look at what you have written, check it and sort it. You can also let the answers “arise” from your inner wisdom while you are out for a walk or taking a break. Finally, take the conscious decision whether you want to assume responsibility for the realisation of your life concept, your projects and a fulfilling life.

Exhaustion, recuperation and ensuring stability

• Exhaustion
It is not only the weather which is changeable and stormy: our current energetic situation is also challenging and changeable – still. Both can be burdens. On some days people feel exhausted, powerless, as if they were in another world. There are phases when nothing is more attractive than just retreating from the world, sleeping or doing nothing. On other days, people feel powerful and purposeful, although sometimes the level of tension leads to explosive outbursts, with aggressive reactions especially common in people who are under psychological stress or unstable. Physical complaints and illnesses are also currently more visible.
This energetic ‘low’ can also have financial consequences. Some people currently are currently experiencing income or turnover levels lower than they have had for a long time.
• Recuperation and stability
It is important to pay attention to physical and emotional stability and recuperation, ensuring we are not driven crazy by the tension and changeable moods. This can be aided by following regular daily and weekly schedules and other regular rhythms, which nonetheless also incorporate time for unplanned impulses and surprises. It is helpful to ensure we have sufficient time for regeneration and recuperation, putting our feet up and doing nothing, enjoying the sunshine, relaxing with friends, taking it easy, eating tasty, nourishing food, enjoying Nature and taking enough exercise.
• Transformation work
Sensitive people and therapists currently report they are more strongly assimilating other people’s energies, although they are protecting themselves. My impression is that there is a lot of resolution taking place and those people who are capable of carrying out transformation work have to do this – whether they want to or not. So we cannot simply block others’ energies, but instead we have to resolve any burdens, or have them resolved – this applies to both our own obstructions and those we are taking on from others. Here cleansing is helpful, especially with the violet and white Elohim Rays – every day and where necessary, more than once.
• Enhanced perceptive ability
For some people, the energetic situation is enhancing their perceptive ability and intuition. Suddenly they can recognise connections and see through illusions, false hopes, concepts or expectations, whether their own or of other people. This dis-illusionment often feels like disappointment. At the same time, the energetic situation is also helping us to deal with ‘fogginess’, blindness and aggressive reactions in a composed, unemotional way. So it is helpful now to pay attention to our ‘gut feeling’ and intuition while also reflecting on the issue rationally. In this way we can take decisions ‘with both heart and mind’.
• Re-assessing our visions and way of life
The current energy is also urging us to repeatedly check our own situation and visions, questioning our own lifestyle and habits. We can use this phase of exhaustion not only to recuperate but also to meditate or direct our attention inwards and discover previously unrevealed feelings and insights. It is also currently helpful again to seek out skilled people who can assist our clarification and clear perception.
Meditation: Imagine you are in a place where you can recuperate: on the beach, in a forest clearing, on top of a cloud... Relax and ask your body and your energy system to increase its absorption of life energy from “Heaven and Earth”, allowing it to flow into every single cell in your entire energy body. You become fully nourished and strengthened.

• Tiredness
A noticeably high number of people are still suffering from tiredness, exhaustion, physical complaints, illnesses and persistent infections. This has stretched many people’s nerves to breaking point, so they are annoyed and reacting aggressively. Fear and sadness are in the air, too. It is therefore still important to plan in time for relaxation and recuperation, meditation, physical exercises and sunshine.

• Courageously continuing
In recent weeks there were unexpected, sometimes apparently disagreeable or unpleasant changes and insights. We can use these to once again take stock and check how we are leading our lives. Which visions and wishes are important to us? This requires us to have an inner openness. Advice from people with expertise will help us to recognise our own path, especially when we are feeling somewhat lost or lacking in direction.
Now we can receive powerful energetic support for our next step – even if the step that is due is unpleasant or leads into uncertain territory. It is time to assume responsibility for putting our vision into action and starting the measures necessary for this. It can be helpful to set deadlines, since these can enhance our inner power and decisiveness. However, they should not be allowed to put us under pressure. It is much easier to make progress if we are working joyfully and tackling overdue tasks without putting them off any longer.

• Changing obstructive views
During the coming time we will once again be more able to recognise and resolve obstructive views and belief patterns. We can help ourselves do this by taking anything people say which upsets, injures or demotivates us and then taking a close look at it to see which aspects really affect us and which inner dialogues it triggers. This can grant us deep insights. Traumas and old injuries become visible and can be healed. Our own potential and new, creative opportunities reveal themselves.

• Feeling rejected
In the near future, we could experience more frequent feelings of being rejected and left alone or having our vision and values mocked by others. These, too, can be transformed and utilised. Out of these feelings of rejection or being left alone we can generate the power we need for our next step. Sometimes the power comes from the courage of despair: a reaction such as “Now more than ever” or “I’ll show them!”
We can also make use of the feelings in order to evaluate our vision again: Am I ready and willing to assume responsibility and put my vision into action, even if others reject or abandon me because of this? Is there an aspect of this vision which is still not quite right? What is it that others are mocking? What appears unrealistic to the others? Is there a “modicum of truth” in their reaction which I have overlooked? Can I take it as a useful hint or tip? If I consider the discrepancy between my viewpoint and that of those who think the plan is unrealistic, can I find out anything valuable?

• Grounding
Being grounded, being in our power, exercising our body, recharging ourselves in nature – this is all important during the coming weeks. Firstly, it supports the transition to Spring. And secondly, it helps us to charge ourselves up with the strength we will need for the next step. Physical exercise is particularly important here.

Meditation: Imagine taking the next step which is needed to put your vision into action. You can do this purely in thought or visualisation, or you can take pieces of paper with labels on which you place on the ground:
1. NOW
2. THE NEXT STEP
3. COMPLETED VISION
Then stand on the piece of paper labelled NOW, invite your soul and supportive powers to join you and request them to guide you and give you everything you need for your next step. Now take a deep breath and take the next step.
