Topic: “It Takes a Village…” 🤱🏽🌻
Breastfeeding may be a natural process, but we were never meant to do it alone. It really does take a village!
This month, we’ll talk about the importance of support during breastfeeding—the support mothers need, the support we can offer one another, and how we can create a stronger breastfeeding community around us.
Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
🌻 What kind of support can make breastfeeding easier?
🌻 How can we ask for help when we need it?
🌻 How can partners, family and friends support a breastfeeding mother?
🌻 What can we do to support another mother in our community?
🌻 How can we build our own “village” around breastfeeding?
There will be plenty of time to share experiences, ask questions and talk about your own breastfeeding journey in a warm, respectful and supportive environment.
🤰 Pregnant parents, breastfeeding mothers, partners, family members and babies of all ages are warmly welcome!
And please feel free to invite other breastfeeding mothers or family members who might benefit from the conversation. The more support we can create around mothers, the stronger our village becomes. 💛
