Medical innovators from more than 20 countries gathered in Boao Lecheng, China this June for the Global Recruitment Conference for International Innovative Drugs and Devices 2026.

Efferon joined the event and presented the clinical benefits of next-generation hemoadsorption for critically ill patients.

China is an important next step in Efferon's international journey, and we are looking forward to bringing our technologies closer to Chinese clinicians and patients in the near future.

Efferon at the Pharma Partnering Summit, Basel

Over the past few days, Efferon's leadership joined business development executives from leading European pharma and biotech companies in Basel. The discussions focused on what makes partnerships successful in practice: trust, transparency and a shared commitment to patients health.

When standard therapy alone is not enough, adjunctive treatments can play an important role in improving patient outcomes. In his presentation, Efferon CEO Dima Romashin discussed the potential of hemoadsorption in oncology, rare diseases and autoimmune conditions, where controlling dysregulated inflammation may help improve the overall treatment journey for patients.
