On this half sunny - half rainy June Sunday I needed something sweet for my tea. So I threw this together wondering what the results would be:
2 handfuls of walnuts
1 handful of pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp of ghee
A tiny splash of maple syrup (literally the last drops from an almost empty bottle! 😅)
Just blended it all up in the mixer and shaped them. I originally planned to put melted black chocolate in the middle, but honestly? We found them so good on their own, they didn’t even need it!
Plus, they are naturally gluten-free, lactose-free, and packed with healthy fats (hello, omegas! 🧠), fiber, and tons of nutrients. Not only are they amazing for my hormones, but they are also packed with pure goodness for everyone in the family.
Proof that they were good? As soon as I served them, they all evaporated! 💨🤷♀️ 😋
