This goofy orange troll has become fertile soil for a little baby troll 🥳❤️‍🔥 and she just finished her latest embroidery project and feels very proud 😅

You've come in your own time with your own plan and shaken my life to its core and will probably keep doing it 🌋🌀🔥and thank you! 🙏

The past years I've realised that my finest spiritual purpose is to be human 💚 and wow, does this initiate me into the next level of the human game we are playing or whaaattt 😅🤯 So blessed 🧡

Life loves to be lived. And so I'll live it to love it.

WHAT A LIFE PHOTO DUMP 🧡

These times have been a little silent on my end and what it mostly means is that I've been busy doing amazing things ✨

This spring I've taken a big step into my power as a facilitator and ceremonial spaceholder and wow some beautiful things are coming through 💫🔥

One of the most magical moments (ever) was to get the honour to wed the souls of two of my close friends 🥰 And to witness and celebrate their love and allow it to shine into our hearts 💕

Some more of the cool stuff: I've held space for a pre-wedding women's ceremony with a nettle tea ceremony and braiding hair ritual 🌿 I've facilitated Shamanic Breathwork in my living room 🤍 I've attended a week long facilitator training called "Trauma to Trust" with 🌼 Besides the usual talking to plants, riding mum's horses and sending dead animals off with a song and flowers 🫶

Tomorrow I'll head to to facilitate a Shamanic Breathwork Ceremony and a saunagus I've named "Et ecorotisk Urteeventyr" 🤗🥰

Life is good 🧡🧡

WE GOT BABIES IN OUR GARDEN 😍🐿️

The squirrel has followed me the past three years. It started with me finding a dead squirrel on the way home from work. It got hit by a car, newly dead. I brought it home, gave it a ceremony, cried my balls out, received its tail and buried it in the garden. The male blackbird came to send it off with me 🥹🐦‍⬛

The same year was the first time I noticed a squirrel roaming around our garden.

Last year for my birthday we built a garden altar, a sacred space under the willow and received a fertility goddess made in wood 🔥🌳 The female black bird stayed close the whole time.

And now it happened. Fertilititty (the goddess in wood) did her magic and we have three beauuuutiful squirrel kittens in our dead pear tree in the midst of all the hops vines 💚

Life is magic!

BELTANE 🌸🌱❤️‍🔥

Ughhhh, probably my favorite celebration of the year! Who doesn't love a good romance and right now nature serves it 🤤

So if you want a little clearer description of what it says in the video, here it comes 😅

On the last night of April and first of May, it is Beltane, also known as Valborgsaften, Walpurgis or Majfest. It is the sun wheel celebration that lands between spring equinox and summer solstice. It's traditionally one of the oldest and most important fire celebrations 🔥🔥 A wild fire (by the force of wood tension) would be lit on the night before 1st of May and people would celebrate all night long with a feast, dancing, music, storytelling and lo******ng 💦 Some also say this is the night when the genepool would intentionally be mixed ;) Then the embers of the fire would be taken inside the home to replace the old fire of the house and the ashes from the fire would be spread on the fields to increase fertility and promises of a good harvest 🌱

It is also a time of the year when the veil is thin. It is a time where the fairies and small folks come closer to our world and if we peak through holes in the trees or look into shiny waterholes we might be lucky to see them dancing 🧚‍♀️💃

All of this is mirrored in the nature around us. Everything feels more magical and infatuating when the flowers start showing their colours and the earth opens herself up 🌿

I WANT TO BE AN ADULT ✨

That was my birthday wish one month ago. I was witnessed by a big group of friends, by the fire and the forest. I had to make a wish, and my intuitive answer was: I want to be an adult 🪷

I laughed at myself and felt silly. But I've heard growing up is a trap? Why would I want to wish THAT for myself? I thought it had to do with me wanting a partner and children... But little did I know that there was a whole journey ahead of me!! 💥

Someone in the circle around the fire that night said: "it was ironic, when you asked to be an adult, you look more like a child than ever" 😂

There was wisdom in that!

The more grown up I get, the more childish I get too... Why? Because the more I can hold myself and be my own adult, the more safe it feels for my inner child to actually be a child. Not to be a child who needs to be an adult. An adult who is an adult and a child who is a child 🥹

EMBODIED AWAKENING ✨

I'm integrating this weekend at the festival and one thing I'm taking with me is the above 👆

Being a space holder is to be a leader.

And I am working hard to disassemble the idea, that's been planted in me from childhood, that a leader masculine and that a masculine is strong, dominant and rigid ⚡🌋

A leader needs both feminine and masculine qualities. The feminine opens for empathy, softness, care, intuition and creativity while the masculine creates and holds the frame, sets a direction and is present with breath 🌀

In order to be both feminine and masculine at the same time, we sometimes need to visit only one and the other, to understand these parts of ourselves more in depth and embody it 💚

That's why this weekend was such an important reminder for me, that allowing myself to also be a receiving member of the field at , and to be soft and vulnerable, makes me even more capable of holding a powerful space 🔥

Thank you to all of you, whom I shared this weekend with 🙏 it's been touching and opening cells of new potential of opportunity in my being, I'm so grateful and very LIT 😅🔥🥰

Give your shadow work a break! You've worked hard all winter 🫶 Now it's time to feel the love and the light 🤍✨

As much as we need to work with our traumas and shadows, as much do we need to practice holding light, joy, pleasure and love! 🔥

We've entered the juicy time of the year! Nature bursts with court shipping, mating, nest building, flowers and pollinators 🌱🌸🐝 The sun has heated up enough for the earth to open herself up and letting her lush show to the world, yumm ☀️🍇

Nature lives outside of us as well as inside of us - and all of the lo******ng that happens around us, also wants to happen inside of us 🥰

You are but a piece of the earth 🫶
