This is where the Ashtanga Yoga practice becomes more than physical. It becomes a way of refining perception itself. When attention is stable, perception sharpens. There is less noise, more clarity. Less rushing, more accuracy. And from that clarity, action becomes more intentional — not driven by impulse, but guided by awareness.
Focus, in this sense, is not inactivity. It is precision. A dynamic equilibrium where attention is held with enough softness to remain open, and enough structure to remain steady.
