🫘🫛✨ Registration for this amazing FREE educational event (which includes a gorgeous chef catered lunch!!) organized by and .ext.osu is open for the August 3rd Beans and Pulses field day in Corvallis, Oregon (linked above 🔗👆🏻).
What better time to announce my formal association with as Associate Partner of Community. Most everything I know about food, why it matters so much and why it’s SO worth fighting for I learned from Lane. She is an ambassador of thousands of organic farmers and plant breeders at this point and we all have these folks to thank for so many years of painstaking patience, trial and error and endless care for the plants; their genetics, stories, and unique and constantly changing needs through pests, complex diseases, climate change and beyond — all so that we can eat!! Farmers are modern day heroes to me and this is an incredible opportunity to hang with some, learn, get inspired and share a beautiful afternoon luncheon as a community in an outdoor farm setting.
