The Atelier of Her offers refined, one-to-one body therapy treatments rooted in fascia-informed and structural body-therapy traditions. The treatments draw on extensive training in structural integration, myofascial techniques, movement awarness and
aesthetic body therapies, developed over more that 17 years of international clinical and studio-based practice. I completed professional certification training in The Pilates Method of Controlology, London in 2001 and Rolfing® Structural Integration in 2008 ERA- Munich. Since then I have continued to evolve treatments beyond formal lineages, integrating fascia-focused touch, postural inquiry and nervous-system treatment approaches. Sessions are calm, precise and individually tailored, supporting clients in releasing tension, restoring structural balance and reconnecting with bodily presence. Treatments are offered by appointment and may take place in different professional studio settings.
