Some snaps from Camino de Santiago de Levante

Quite spontaneously I found myself on the trail

Right now landing in Poland, already after the last circling training part in Amsterdam, which I was gladly assisting with.

This time my main exploration was related to loosening up a facilitator-therapist-helper identity. In many moments, I spent time tracking impulses arising from this role, letting them dissipate, and discovering what comes from places in me that feel more authentic.

It definitely felt at times socially awkward, unusual, and lonely. At the same time, it gives a taste of more groundedness, directness, and realness. Also, clarify the sense of boundaries — what I am responsible for, in which moments, and to what degree I actually want to immerse myself. And certainly it is scary, as much of my familiar ways to feel needed, wanted, and worthy in relation to others arise from having various versions of that role!

In the upcoming weeks, I will again spend plenty of time immersed in the Circling & Surrendered Leadership practice. I talk about it quite often, so if you know me, you have probably heard of it :-)

What is it?
It is a collective presence.
It is an inquiry.
It is being with what is.
It is daring to show oneself in a relationship.
It is learning to love, also in challenging moments.
It is authenticity.
It is a mystery.
It is an invitation to deep surrender.
It is meeting with a divine.

Hi everyone,
I’m a few days after hosting the Circling & Surrendered Leadership weekend in Berlin, once again feeling connected to the clarity around my passion for this practice — and the desire to keep immersing myself even deeper in it. The art of listening to what is already here and now, embracing polarities, recognizing wholeness, and welcoming Life to express itself in its full spectrum.


It’s been a while since I brought a new format or project, and now I’m excited to share with you Surrender – Devotion – Work, a 7-day residential retreat in the Polish countryside!

It’s not only an opportunity to go deep into practice, but also to integrate work into it — exploring how we can manifest ourselves from a place of surrender and attunement to the Source.

INVITATION
Recently, I returned from Danish SAS — Circling Leadership Training, and one of the edges I was exploring there was the polarity between existing wholeness and the potential for growth.

On one hand, I believe in and in times experience a sense of completeness that seems to be in the nature of everyone and everything — a sense that nothing is missing, that life is already whole.
And on the other hand, there is our human drive for learning, healing, expansion — the longing to evolve and grow.

I notice how often in healing and transformational work we orient towards what can be improved or changed. Yet, there is a growing longing in me to stay close to what is already whole, to what doesn’t need fixing.

How can we hold ourselves, each other, and life itself from that perspective — embracing both the wholeness that already is and the unfolding that keeps happening?

8–9 November, I’ll be hosting a Circling & Surrendered Leadership weekend in Copenhagen, where I wish to honor and explore this possibility — seeing the world through the eyes of wholeness. 🌿

Some picture memories from the last circling evening that took place at Virkelig back in June. During the summer months, I have led the practice for several weeks in Portugal at the Transformational Connection community hub. It left a refreshing imprint on me, and I am in the process of integrating a deeper sense of surrender, leaning towards the divine, and focusing less on 'fixing and repairing'.

Last weekend with Anelia we hosted another Breathwork Immersion, and it was the last weekend workshop for me before the summer 🌞

I am quite happy about how it went and also glad that intense events season will now slow down :)

There are plenty of Circling weekends I have planned for after summer, closest ones are Copenhagen 13-14.09 and Aarhus 19-21.09. All info on my website Embodied Release ❣️

And if you want to practice in the summer I will spend the end of July and August months in the Community Circling Hub from Transformational Connection in Portugal. You can find info on their website, it's possible to come there for a short or long term stay. I will lead there and support running the venue.
