Angel healing that gives you light, peace and balance:

If you sit down in a quiet place and start to call upon an angel you know, eg. Archangel Gabriel or Raphael, their light and vibration will be ‘dragged’ into yourself and your aura through your breath and heart. This will instantly give you peace, balance and love, but also a higher vibrational frequency in the long term.

Try to do like this:

• Sit down in a place where you will not get disturbed, it does not matter whether it is in your home or in nature.

• Take some deep breaths, the whole way down to the stomach and possibly with sound when breathing out.

• While your breath deeply and at the same time consciously open up in your heart, then ask the angel to step forward and come close to you. Closer and closer. Feel how his or her energies start to fill up in your aura.

• Also notice and feel how your physical body reacts – does it relax, can you feel the energies, do you feel the angel’s love, maybe gratefulness? Does the angel touch you or in some other way lets you know, he or she is near?

• Ask if the angel has something to convey to you in the form of pictures, symbols, colors, energies, words.

• Or simply enjoy sitting with the angel and letting the energies flow as long as your time allows you

When I am in contact with angels, they almost every time try to pass on joy, happiness and an immense amount of love – this both with words, but also through feelings and vibrations. Other times they pass on lots of care and healing.

Try to contact the angels – it takes so little time, but what you get back is so much ❤ ❤. Everybody can learn to do it – they and their love are for us all ❤
