Here I’ll share short teachings, tools, session offers, and reflections on health, wellness and quantum topics. I’m Dilara Larimar — a quantum healer and intuitive guide. I clear energetic blockages, reveal root causes of imbalance, and help you realign with your highest timeline. Born in Istanbul and living in Denmark since 1989, I’ve walked a soul-led path of healing and transformation for 20+ years. ✨ HEALING BEYOND THE PHYSICAL ✨

Metatronic Quantum Healing works in all four bodies, chakras as well as Astral Planes and higher dimensions. Because some of our blocks or traumas may stem from experiences in past lives. ✨

In Metatronic Quantum Healing, I go into the Quantum Field and trace the timeline back to the origin of the block or trauma where and when it first began. 🌌

✨ The Chakras - our energetic centres, where energy can become blocked, depleted or out of balance.

🌌 Astral Planes - subtle energetic realms where, within this healing framework, deeper energetic connections, imprints and patterns may be explored and cleared.

✨ Higher Dimensions - levels of consciousness beyond our everyday physical awareness, where we can connect with higher frequencies, guidance and possibilities.

Emotional patterns can become physical symptoms ✨

Metatronic Quantum Healing works with the emotional and mental patterns that may be stored within us and, over time, can show up as physical symptoms.

Long-term stress, fear, grief, trauma, guilt, or limiting beliefs can keep the nervous system in a constant state of survival. ✨ Clearing the Space Before Healing ✨

Before my healing sessions,
I love to cleanse the energy of my healing room with sage and Palo Santo. 🌿🤍

I also regularly move through my entire home, allowing the smoke and intention to clear away stagnant energy and create a space that feels fresh, peaceful and welcoming. ✨

For me, preparing the space is just as important as preparing myself.

I set the intention to release what no longer belongs here
and invite in peace, love and supportive energy. 🙏💜

A clear space. A clear intention.
