Whispers of Herbs Discover natural healing methods for your horses!

Many commercial fly sprays contain ingredients that may not sit well with every horse. It’s always worth checking labels and observing how your horse responds to these products.

For those who prefer a gentler approach, a DIY fly spray with natural ingredients can be a reassuring alternative. You’ll know exactly what’s going into it, and you can adjust based on what works best for your horse!

Have you explored natural remedies for your horse? I'd love to hear your experiences or tips! 🐴❤️

Summer insects aren't just annoying for our horses - they can cause itchy skin, allergic reactions, or even transmit diseases. Keeping these pests at bay is about more than comfort. It's about protecting our horse's health.

Fortunately, we have natural solutions that work. Planting horse-safe herbs around stables and pastures can create a protective barrier while also providing edible benefits. Maintaining clean fields and stalls eliminates breeding grounds. For horses that are particularly sensitive, fly masks and protective blankets offer essential relief. And, of course, natural fly sprays can be an effective part of your defence strategy - I will be sharing a diy recipe next week ✨️

As always, while I enjoy sharing herbal remedies and natural approaches, proper dosages and applications should always be discussed with a professional herbalist like myself. Every horse is different, and what works for one may not be suitable for another. Your horse's well-being is always the top priority!

Love and horses 🐎❤️
