There is something beautiful about turning the small things we already do every day into sacred practice.
Not by adding more to our routines, but by changing the way we meet them.
My morning skincare becomes a moment of touch and care.
My Gua Sha becomes a practice of slowing down, feeling my face and body, and bringing awareness to the flow within.
Patting along the meridians becomes a way of waking up my energy.
And going to the park to practice Tai Chi becomes a moment of meeting my breath, my body and the morning around me.
None of these things need to be extraordinary.
But when I do them with presence, they become little rituals.
Little moments of devotion woven into ordinary life.
Because sacred practice doesn’t always have to mean sitting at an altar, entering ceremony or setting aside hours of our day.
Sometimes it is simply how we wash our face. How we touch our body. How we breathe. How we move.
How we choose to meet the beginning of another day.
Making the ordinary sacred. 🌿
