Dear ones 💗, how are you doing in these times?
I hear from so many that they feel such a different energy and a new life path ahead of them — it can feel foreign to stick with the old routines and habits. Still, it feels as if the new hasn’t been fully revealed yet. At least not enough to share or to devote oneself fully to.

It is by design, the goddesses say. This solar eclipse (tomorrow) will mark the shift from before to after. If you’ve been on this path for long, you will feel yourself called to a deeper connection with your mission, undisturbed by the ways you’ve learned to please the crowd or what you’ve been taught is normal. The future is not going to be normal. And neither is it a place where you waste your time pleasing others to avoid calling them to grow.

The goddesses say, “We can’t wait for this new chapter of yours. Our connection is going to be direct as you turn into more and more of your creator frequency. “

I am one of those who feel called too. And I’m excited too. But therefore my messages here are sporadic, as I am called more and more into the physical world to simply be present with what plays out in my nearby surroundings. Maybe I will see you somewhere in person this summer - I will be at Jordnær Festival with my beloved later this month. Twelve years ago, I had just gone through the most miraculous transformation at this time in July. Now, so many years later, I see it was the turning point for me. Before the car accident and the miraculous recovery, I had been suffering many health challenges since my early twenties.

Recently, I was interviewed by Tania Elena, who asked deep questions about my awakening and the healing I underwent. I shared details I hadn't shared before, and if you want to know more about the potential for miraculous healing, this conversation is for you.

Summer greetings ☀️

It has been years since I have taken time off like this year. In previous years, I have been sticking to my one-on-one sessions over the summer because I loved them. It felt like a good way to stay connected and maintain balance in my own well-being, but over the past year, things have shifted.

Maybe you have felt it too—the deep calling back to nature. The cycles and rhythms within me that match Mother Earth’s frequency. It is a longing to feel deeply connected with my own nature and Gaia as one. Therefore, nature practices have taken up more of my focus, and I am slowing down to the point where ‘now’ feels like the only thing that is.

I have felt the focus of my service shift lately as well, aligning with this shift in focus and energy. While the writing of my books is taking up more of my focus, I feel called to start phasing out my one-on-ones soon. Maybe temporarily and maybe permanently. I am not sure. But I feel that is where the energy goes.

The Goddess Community - a lively group of women dedicated to living their lives focused on their highest calling - like myself, seems to be where the continuity and dedication are currently poured into. This is a space that I thoroughly love to connect with twice a month and share the ancient Goddesses’ teachings. It is a safe space with lots of encouragement for the highest path and acceptance of our human side as well.

In my community, we talked about this recently, and I had to remind myself, too.

Over the years, I have been amazed by how my awakening brought such deep confidence and trust in my body. But recently, I have been diving into some of the collective energies to ground this knowing even deeper.

That has meant I had started doubting. Doubting that my body was able to maintain the basic functions and align itself with what is healthy and supports its well-being. At the “outrageous” age of 43, there are so many things that potentially could change, and there are also one million ways to address this. Social media is overflowing with content about how your body could have lost its ability to perform basic functions, such as lymphatic drainage and hormone regulation, and I’m not saying there aren’t people experiencing problems with this. But what I know from my experience is that the body knows how to restore basically anything, and that it requires alignment and aligned action. Not fear-based actions to reach a certain outcome.

I had to remind myself of that, too. And to go deep within and feel it. My body told me one day that it didn’t like the thoughts I was running - that something was not okay and that it needed to be managed. My body said that it thrives within the vibrational spectrum of “I am whole and healthy - my body knows how to deal with anything it needs to. My body is wise, and any message in my body is important and requires quiet processing rather than instant action to avoid a certain physical symptom “.

After my awakening, it became clear to me that the body works with energies at the level of consciousness to which it is allowed access. It’s not defined by external circumstances the way we think, but rather inner responses to energies.

A couple of months ago, I was invited to Cynthia James' podcast, Women Awakening, to share about my experience as a spiritual guide and healer.

My most effective tool for alignment is

I have been doing this practice since I began channeling the Goddesses. It was how they told me to connect with them to embody their energies and awaken my own feminine power as the first thing.

The tool or practice is simple: summon the Goddess’s energy within me by saying “I am [the name of the Goddess]”.

I feel the energetic shift immediately, and sometimes I continue saying the phrase until I feel a deeper shift within me.

Sometimes I feel hesitation or fear arise at first, and then, after repeating the phrase for a bit, I feel a change. I feel the energy of the Goddess open up from within me. I am this Goddess, embodying the qualities she mastered in her lifetime.

When we think of the Goddesses, we often imagine them having domains such as love, peace, and prosperity. The reason why they are associated with this area of life is that they mastered it in the human experience (or they are the experience, like some of the goddesses that are not personified)

See, most Goddesses were human beings walking the planet at some point in Earth’s history. While they dived into this world of matter and duality, they maintained their focus on bringing the divine qualities that their soul carried here, into their bodies. Therefore, they were working to master various aspects of human life, and they have since shared the light codes for transforming and mastering that experience.

Which Goddess would you like to embody the qualities of? Think of her, then start saying, “I am [the name of the goddess].” Now, feel how the energy shifts.

A few days ago, I pulled the card Hekate, who is the goddess of crossroads and becoming. I was puzzled first, but then I summoned her energy within me. It felt clear - the energy that Hekate mastered was to hold the intention through changes. Keep feeling what is on the way without wavering or reaching for it before its time, and let it unfold, being sure that it is on the way to you.

It has been three weeks since I last posted. Only a few sporadic stories of my dog in between 😂 Well, I guess this is what’s taking the focus right now.

But there is more - and I want to share what I feel is happening right now in myself and the people around me.

I feel the big shift that happened earlier this year has opened a new path for many of us, catapulting us forward at great speed. The new path is the new version of us. And while it feels steadfast in many ways, it also feels confusing and blurry to stand between the person you once were and who you are becoming.

Guidance that seems to lead to dead ends, only to pick up moments later, once you’ve released your resistance to yourself and the situation.

And also so much inspiration calling us forward to unknown territories.

When I am at the leaps in my life, it has always felt like this person I can feel inside myself, that I know I will become, but I don’t know when or how (which can be confusing). It almost feels like memories just from the future. I remember the future. It’s exciting to say the least.

I will do my best to pop in again now that my sleep has become more regular and our puppy has learned to sleep in her own bed 😂😅🐶💗

When my partner and I were still just friends, he would call me when he went to IKEA to help him pick out furniture. Not because he didn't know what he wanted or wasn’t independent, but because he valued my insight and wanted to include me in his life. Funnily enough, it turned out we got into a relationship, and the bed I helped pick out became my bed… our souls probably knew it already back then. 👩🏽‍❤️‍💋‍👨🏼

There are so many things I wish I had known earlier. Still, I walked the path myself to discover how to energetically align with a relationship that was mutually supportive and aligned with my highest potential.

- Why it can be more fruitful to create (emotional) intimacy with yourself first before meeting a partner
