The Power of the Now

When you take a deep breath and sit in nature,
you enter directly into one space.

This space and this time are unique.
They are always accessible to each and every one of us.
And this space and time are Now.

There is nothing else that truly exists.
You may think about the past or the future a thousand times,
but you always think about them from where you are — right now.

So there is only this Now Moment.

And this Now Moment is full of beauty.
Full of wonder.
Full of life.

🌿 Just stay in the Now.

🌕🔥 Sweat Lodge Ceremony – 28 February | Full Moon Celebration

On February 28th, we gather on Fyn, near Odense, to enter the sweat lodge together and prepare our prayers for the Full Moon arriving on March 3rd.

Let us come together, brothers and sisters,
to pray, sing, dance, and sweat
in the presence of the ancestors,
in the womb of our Mother Earth 🌍

Inside the sweat lodge, we offer our prayers to honor this Full Moon — a time of purification, release, gratitude, and renewal.

A sacred space to reconnect with the Earth, the cycles of life, and our shared humanity.

🔥 Every prayer is carried by the steam
🌿 Every breath brings us closer to the heart
🌕 Every circle strengthens the bond between us

You are welcome to join this ceremonial gathering in respect, presence, and humility.

🔥 Imbolc, Sweat Lodge & Blessings of the Cycle 🌕

This video shares moments from the Imbolc Sweat Lodge Ceremony, a sacred time marking the transition from Winter to Spring and the return of light.

Imbolc is a threshold —
a moment of purification, rebirth, and collective intention.
Through the sweat lodge, prayers, songs, and presence, we open a space where blessings are offered, received, and carried into the world — for ourselves, our loved ones, and the greater circle of life.

🌍 In a world moving through deep transformation, these ceremonies are moments to pause, realign, and remember.
They support us in staying grounded, connected, and conscious — not only during ceremony, but in daily life.

This video is an invitation to feel the energy of Imbolc, to receive the blessings carried through the lodge, and to stay connected with the unfolding cycle.

🔥 Imbolc, Sweat Lodge & Walking the Talk

In this video, I speak from the heart about Imbolc, the building of the sweat lodge, and the deep gratitude I feel for life and for the opportunity to share this sacred ceremony together.

Imbolc marks a powerful threshold — the doorway between winter and spring.
A time of purification, rebirth, and collective intention.
As we prepare the sweat lodge, we also prepare ourselves to release the past winter and open to new life, guided by the East and the returning light.

🌍 We are living in a time of great chaos in the world.
And as many traditions remind us: no big change happens without big chaos.
We gather during this period to support this transformation — within ourselves and collectively.

🧘‍♂️ During these intense times, many of us experience stress from many directions: work, family, children, responsibilities, uncertainty.
What truly matters is remembering the basics:

🌬️ Breathe deeply
💧 Drink enough water
🚶 Move the body regularly
🕊️ Find peace… and learn how to maintain it

✨ The real challenge of this time is not finding peace for three hours on a yoga mat.
The real practice is staying in peace in daily life — with routines, work, kids, relationships, and responsibilities.
This is what it truly means to walk the talk of the wisdom of the past that we have integrated.

This video is an invitation to remember, to ground, and to live the teachings — not only in ceremony, but in everyday life.
