Healthy lifestyle is not that difficult. The difficult part is to unlearn all the generational propaganda, indoctrination and corporate scientism you were fed growing up. The first picture is me half-naked in Bacalar so that more than 3 people sees this post.

To become coherent with your environment increases the potential for healing and improves your dopamine-system to unlearn and relearn. The healer in the sky is numero uno and in winter it is cold water, fasting and darkness. Stop poisoning yourself too much (sunscreen, blue light and franken food etc) and be grateful for the present moment as you do it 🌞
