Thanks to Split Second Unlearning (SSU) by Matt Hudson I am now able to help people let go of past overwhelming EVENTS without personal details and without physical testing. I have also been studying a lot of other sources the last 3 years to better understand human behaviour and the subconscious mind but none of it is mind-reading as such.

SSU is simply observing the client's non-verbal language within a specific context, feeding back the information like a mirror to create more awareness of what is non-conscious and then guiding their nervous system to let go and update. All is verifiable in real time and can be very quick and very profound. Endless heavy talks about the past and over-analysing is not needed for healing and is often counterproductive from my research and experience.

Thanks to facebook for this memory of the height of my poker "career" (addiction) playing in Las Vegas after winning a ticket and a trip for two in an online satellite tournament. It was a mixed experience overall and being pale as a ghost and terrified of the healer in the sky I did not enjoy the desert pool parties much. I played a lot of poker though!

Being curious, learning new things and reframing are powerful tools for life. I do not play poker anymore and I would not recommend it. I do still enjoy key aspects of it such as reading people and patterns, taking calculated risks and analysing situations without having all the information available. The big difference is that I now use these skills to help others heal from the past and the future.

A quote I like goes something like:
"If you feel regret you are living in the past, if you feel anxious you are living in the future, if you feel peace you are living in the present." What from your past could you, by refraiming and changing perspective, turn into a valuable lesson to find more peace now?

Did you notice that the old and current royal, papal and banking families often look a like and share the same fondness for very specific signs and symbols? By coincidence, of course, they also manage the monetary system in which we are forced to live.

Probably not important for your well-being though since it is not talked about on the blue lit TV - which was spontaneously created and ended in all homes by another coincidence.

Pura vida crewet (dem der har været i Costa Rica) hyggede i går på en kølig og våd dansk sommerdag.
