Over these weeks, at the Studio, we discovered new pathways of movement using the diagonals.

One of my greatest joys is seeing the pleasure of moving after class and when the students bring this exploration into Contact Improvisation, something very special happens. The listening, the playfulness, and the possibilities of movement grow even more.

Thank you for a season of curiosity, movement, and shared discoveries.

✨ Feldenkrais Group Lessons – Small Group in Viby ✨

I’m offering small group Feldenkrais lessons at my studio on Rosenvangs Allé 17.
With space for only 3 participants per class, these sessions allow for a quiet, attentive, and personalized experience.

Each lesson explores gentle movement to help calm the nervous system, create a sense of grounding, and bring more ease into your body.
The themes will vary, and you are welcome to join any session that fits your schedule — no need to commit to all.
