It is especially known for its anti-inflammatory properties, its traditional use in helping relieve rheumatic and joint pain, and as a gentle digestive remedy for children, according to knowledge passed down through generations.
âś… Traditional Use & Dosage
• Infuse approximately 20 cm (8 inches) of the whole plant, excluding the roots, in one cup of hot water.
• Drink up to 2 cups daily.
• Can also be eaten fresh in salads.
• The cooled infusion may be used as a mouth rinse for toothaches and gingivitis. • Crushed fresh leaves may be applied to minor cuts to help stop bleeding.

• Avoid use if you are taking blood-thinning medications or other medicines that affect blood clotting.
• May interact with certain medications and increase their effects or side effects. • Harvest only from clean, unpolluted areas, as the plant can absorb heavy metals and other contaminants from the soil.
