🌕 FULL MOON DETOX DAY — September 26

The Harvest Moon peaks right over Ki-Ra this year, so we built a full day of release around it: sunrise yoga, sacred mud beneath the palms, an Ayurvedic lunch, an afternoon by the water, and a bonfire ritual as the sun goes down.

9:00 AM — Sunrise yoga (2 hrs) 11:30 AM — Ceremonial mud cleanse 1:30 PM — Ayurvedic detox lunch Afternoon — Pool & beach, rest and integrate 5:00 PM — Bonfire release ritual at sunset
