I was a busy manager for nearly 10 years with lots of stress, so I decided to became a fitness instructor to take care of myself. Finally I realised healthy life starts in the kitchen, not in the gym, so I decided to follow this path and learn a lot about FOOD. I have 5 years of experience in healthy cooking. I have tested my cooking on my own body to see how it affects my energy level, weight and shape. I know Vegetarian, Vegan, Raw Vegan, Gluten free, Fruitarian-811, Paleo and Keto style. I can combine and set for you the best start, based on your food preference and goal. Because as I said each person is unique.
