تشرّفت وفود الجمعية الجزائرية للطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل (SAMER) 🇩🇿 بتسلّم درع تكريمي، تم تقديمه خلال حفل العشاء الرسمي المنعقد يوم 28 أفريل 2026، على هامش المؤتمر الأول لـ African Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine بمدينة غراند-باسام، أبيدجان، كوت ديفوار.
وقد سبق هذا التكريم إعلانٌ تاريخي خلال الجلسة الختامية، حيث تم الإعلان رسمياً عن احتضان الجزائر للمؤتمر القادم للجمعية الإفريقية للطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل، على أن تتولى SAMER تنظيمه بالعاصمة الجزائر.
وقد تلقّى مكتب الجمعية هذا الإعلان باعتزاز كبير وشعور عميق بالمسؤولية. إن هذه الثقة الممنوحة للجزائر تمثل اعترافاً بمكانة الطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل في بلادنا، وتعكس التزامنا الدائم بتعزيز هذا التخصص على المستوى القاري.
نتقدّم بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى رئيس الجمعية الإفريقية، البروفيسور Alloh Daniel، على قيادته ورؤيته الوحدوية، كما نثمّن جهود اللجنة المنظمة، لاسيما الدكتور كاميسوكو يايا، ورئيس Société Ivoirienne de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation، على حسن التنظيم وكرم الضيافة.
كما نعرب عن امتناننا العميق لرواد ومؤسسي الطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل في إفريقيا، الذين أسهموا في هذا الإنجاز التاريخي.
ونوجّه تحية تقدير إلى أصدقائنا وزملائنا في Société Française de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation، ممثلين بالبروفيسور François Genet، والبروفيسور François Rannou، والبروفيسور Djamel Bensmail، على حضورهم الكريم وشهادتهم الداعمة لهذه الانطلاقة المشرّفة للجمعية الإفريقية.
عاشت إفريقيا موحّدة… وعاش الطب الفيزيائي وإعادة التأهيل الإفريقي، طموحاً، علماً، وتضامناً.

The Algerian delegation of the Algerian Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (SAMER) was deeply honored to receive a recognition trophy presented during the official gala dinner on April 28, 2026, held alongside the 1st Congress of the African Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in Grand-Bassam, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
This meaningful distinction preceded a historic announcement made during the closing ceremony: the next ASPRM Congress will be hosted in Algiers and organized by SAMER.
The Executive Board of SAMER received this announcement with great pride and a strong sense of responsibility. This mark of confidence reflects the growing leadership of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine in Algeria and reaffirms our commitment to strengthening the specialty across Africa.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the President of ASPRM, Professor Alloh Daniel, for his visionary and unifying leadership. We also warmly thank the organizing committee, particularly Dr. Kamissoko Yaya, as well as the President of the Société Ivoirienne de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation, for the outstanding organization and hospitality.
We express our deep appreciation to the founding pioneers of PRM across the African continent, whose dedication made this historic milestone possible.
Finally, we acknowledge with respect our colleagues and friends from the Société Française de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation — represented by Professor François Genet, Professor François Rannou, and Professor Djamel Bensmail — for their supportive presence and testimony of recognition at this remarkable birth of the African Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine.

La délégation de la SAMER – Algérie 🇩🇿 a eu l’immense honneur de recevoir un trophée de reconnaissance, présenté lors de la cérémonie du dîner officiel du 28 avril 2026, en marge du 1er Congrès de l’African Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine tenu à Grand-Bassam, Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
Ce moment solennel a précédé une annonce historique faite lors de la cérémonie de clôture : le prochain Congrès de l’ASPRM se tiendra à Alger et sera organisé par la SAMER.
Le bureau de la SAMER a accueilli cette désignation avec une profonde fierté et un sens élevé de responsabilité. Cette confiance accordée à l’Algérie honore l’ensemble de la communauté nationale de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation et confirme l’engagement constant de notre pays dans la structuration et le rayonnement continental de la spécialité.
Nos remerciements sincères et fraternels vont au Président de l’ASPRM, le Pr Alloh Daniel, pour son leadership et sa vision fédératrice, ainsi qu’à toute l’équipe organisatrice, notamment le Dr Kamissoko Yaya, et au Président de la Société Ivoirienne de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation, pour la qualité de l’organisation et l’accueil exemplaire.
Nous exprimons également notre reconnaissance aux pionniers et fondateurs de la MPR sur le continent africain, dont l’engagement a permis cette étape historique.
Un hommage appuyé à nos collègues et amis de la Société Française de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation, représentée par le Pr François Genet, le Pr François Rannou et le Pr Djamel Bensmail, pour leur présence fraternelle et leur témoignage de reconnaissance à l’occasion de cette naissance remarquable de la société africaine de Médecine Physique et de Réadaptation.
