There was a time when humanity forgot it was whole. The separation between light and shadow, masculine and feminine it wasn’t a mistake. It was the beginning of the work.

The real task of this era is learning to hold both parts. La Caracola Vilcabamba has carried this wisdom for 25 years. This is what she knows. ✨

Every dairy product we serve at La Sofía comes from our own grass fed cows.

The cheese, yogurt, butter and ghee on the table each morning start with them. We know these animals.
We feed them. We watch over them when they are sick. And they feed us back.

That relationship is what nourishes us every morning. You can feel it.

Nothing reaches our altar without a reason ✨

Every object we place enters with an intention. That is why it matters where it comes from and why it arrives.

La Caracola Vilcabamba shared that, in the way the Andean tradition was passed to her, what we place there carries a purpose, and what enters without one can take away instead of add.

Few plants work on every level at the same time. Sacred to***co is one of them.

In the Amazonian tradition, it is called a protective spirit. When worked with intention, it clears mental noise, dissolves dense energy, and anchors you to the present.

That full presence is what makes deep meditation, vision, and reception possible.

That is why the masters say everything depends on the dose. At certain doses, to***co opens the visionary space. It allows the healer to enter the spiritual realm, make contact with benevolent energies, and support the healing process.

That is why in the Shuar tradition the healer cannot work without this plant.

And on a physical level, to***co has documented antimicrobial and antifungal properties. In the Amazon, where infections are constant due to the humidity, it has been used to protect the body and treat respiratory and sinus issues.

The same plant. Four levels of action.
