Every dairy product we serve at La Sofía comes from our own grass fed cows.

The cheese, yogurt, butter and ghee on the table each morning start with them. We know these animals.
We feed them. We watch over them when they are sick. And they feed us back.

That relationship is what nourishes us every morning. You can feel it.

Few plants work on every level at the same time. Sacred to***co is one of them.

In the Amazonian tradition, it is called a protective spirit. When worked with intention, it clears mental noise, dissolves dense energy, and anchors you to the present.
