A poem from my book titled “The Great Divide” The imbalance within us all, has created the imbalance around us all. Nothing more. I’ll share a reply I have gotten numerous times from a certain spirit, basically for every question I had, they had the same answer. No matter how hard my ego tried to find a way around it, it couldn’t! Because if we really think deeply about it, we know it’s true! Hi everyone, hope all is well. I have been busy creating a book lately with some of my poems and photos, it was long overdue but is now complete. It is 72 pages thick with 33 of my poems inside, plus various photos and images I chose to accompany them.

We are not our thoughts and our thoughts are not us!
They are another aspect of our lives that we attract, and the type of thoughts we attract depends on our vibration.
Lower our vibration is= low vibrational thoughts Higher our vibration is = higher vibrational thoughts. It is up to us which ones we wish to experience! Sad, depressing fear based thoughts, or happy, positive love based thoughts! Let the self Healing begin and listen to how your thoughts begin to shift.

As I walked through the forest yesterday, -8 degrees and snow everywhere, this poem came to me. (photo is from Spain not here!)
I managed to get my gloves off and phone out to type it down quickly.
If we can quiet the mind for even a moment, we are able to hear the most profound advice and guidance.
Guidance from beings that have nothing but love for us, sometimes it is tough love, but love none the less. Every experience whether perceived as positive or negative, is happening for our benefit. It is up to us to see the deeper lesson involved.

Ok so I have the info regarding costs etc of the different Reiki sessions I am offering below.

Reiki session -
70€ - 1hr
90€ - 1.5 hrs
120€ - 2hrs
All sessions Include a before and after chat.
A shorter session is a good intro for those that have felt a calling toward and or interested in the benefits of Reiki, and wish to try it out.
In all sessions we work our way through the chakra system, re balancing as we go. Achieving a nice balanced flow of energy within.
With the longer sessions we are able to spend a bit more time on those selected areas that may show up over the course of the session. Sometimes certain blockages may need a little bit more time spent on them to get the release we are looking for.

Shamanic Reiki Session - 160€ - 2 hrs
Includes before and after chat.
It begins with me opening and balancing your chakras(similar to a standard Reiki session) then once a nice flow is evident we begin to work a little bit deeper!
To experience that deeper connection, we must achieve a good flow of energy within. So with this session, we take a bit more time and really aim to release all that we can as we move through your energetic system.
The better the flow, the more powerful the experience tends to be during the second part of the session.
Can be slightly more emotionally intense and informative than a regular session.
Very good for those that have already begun their journey of healing and self discovery, and are looking to continue on diving deeper within themselves.

Spiritual/Energetic Counselling/Consultation
- 30€ - 30 mins
- 50€ - 1 hr
Can be booked separate or in conjunction with any treatment session.
Here we are able to have a much deeper conversation about anything or everything that may be happening in your life.

All sessions can also be done via a distant connection. All that is required is for you to have a space available where you can be free from any interruptions. It is good too if you have a candle you can light with intention for the session and also some soft relaxing music if you wish. Also very good to have a quiet moment before it, stating any intentions you may have etc. I will send more information regarding the process beforehand.
We convene over a phone call before it starts, then I need 10-15 mins to prepare. I use certain crystals for the distant sessions, which I clean and program to act as gateways to your energy centres. They are placed on the treatment table as if you are laying there in front of me. Then at the organised time, I will connect with you and begin the session. After we are finished, I will disconnect from you, at which time you will most likely feel it and be free to sit up, have some water and just relax. After I clear the crystals and pack up, we can then have another chat either video or phone call, and talk about anything you wish from throughout the session.

Hey everyone! So it’s been a while since I have been active on here or even pursuing the job I am here to do! As I had to take a step back, a big step it turned out to be! To have some time to experience the emotions and lessons attached to what I would describe as being the toughest and most amazing period of my life, and all squashed in together!
An experience essential for my path but still nonetheless extremely tough and profound. I won’t go into too much detail but those that know me, understand what happened and I am truly grateful for the support.
Not being able to even hold space for myself, I certainly wasn’t going to try and hold space for anyone else, as that would not have been fair to anyone involved.
Now after feeling the call from spirit, It’s time to move forward again, offering my services while shining my light and helping those in need. I have since completed my Reiki Master Teacher Initiation (A huge thank you to Yvonne for squeezing that in for me while we were back in Australia) and will be offering classes for those that wish to be introduced and connect to the energy of Reiki on a much deeper and intimate level. My usual treatment sessions will be offered also and I will do a separate post with info on services and costs etc.
Now we have also relocated to Pärnu since returning from Australia, it’s actually the place where my Grandfather was born and raised. Which will make it interesting now as I connect to my ancestral energy here and ask for their assistance. Something I’m really looking forward to.
That being said, I hope you all are doing well and getting through these times with as much happiness as possible.
Make no mistake about it my friends! This period we are all travelling through together, is from what I’ve seen the greatest shift in human consciousness our race has ever seen! Which means as the vibration and light rises, those negative vibrations will do all they can to try and hang on! And as you can see happening throughout the world, and also within yourselves truths are surfacing fast! The light will always outshine the dark, and when that light shines on certain things for all to see, there is a pushback from the darkness trying desperately to keep you believing in a certain narrative (either externally throughout the world with political/governmental issues or internally with our own emotional traumas etc)
While our spirits gain power and the ego loses its hold, it is important we really start to find the love and compassion for ourselves and each other, as it is the vibration of unconditional love that will help anchor in the energies being sent our way. As hard as it is to see, there really is amazing things coming for us all as a collective. The only thing required by us all is to heal ourselves. Everyone alive here during this period is here by choice, we have chosen to be here during this shift, to come and experience the rising of these energies and to help release them. It really is the toughest yet most amazing time to be alive in human form!
