This event will bring together nuclear medicine professionals, MEPs, and key stakeholders for a series of insightful sessions, all with one goal: to advocate for better access to and improved patient care across Europe.

15.06-19.06 külastasid Eestit IAEA eksperdid, et aidata arendada nukleaarmeditsiini tehnikute õpet.
Eksperdid kaardistasid praegust olukorda, tulevikuvajadusi ning võimalusi, kuidas tagada parim haridus nukleaarmeditsiini tehnikutele ja seeläbi parim võimalik tervishoiuteenus meie patsientidele.

Kas me oleme selleks valmis?

Hiljuti The Lancetis avaldatud uuring "Estimation of Future Patient Populations Eligible for Radioligand Therapies in the EU and the UK: A Modelling Study" (Uwe Holzwarth et al, 2026) näitas, et ajavahemikus 2025-2035 suureneb radioligandravi vajavate patsientide hulk EL-s vähemalt 10x (KÜMME korda!): praegu on see number hinnanguliselt 11,000 -13,000, 10 aasta pärast aga 130,000
180,000.

Teranostika arenguga kaasnevad mitmed väljakutsed, mida me peame üheskoos ületama.

Theranostics is advancing rapidly, but access remains uneven across Europe. According to Prof. Clemens Decristoforo, differences in national regulations and healthcare systems continue to influence patient access to innovative radiopharmaceuticals.

15.mail tähistas ENMS oma sünnipäeva ülitoreda õppepäevaga!
Arutasime radioaktiivsete seemnete (I-125) kasutamist rinnakirurgias ja PET-uuringute kasutamist esmastel rinnavähi patsientidel.

Palju häid mõtteid, avatud ja sisukas arutelu, supertoredad lektorid ning imekaunis - igati õnnestunud ja tore üritus oli!
