MESHKAH Meshkah is a Martial Arts 武馆(Wu Guan) and Alternative Therapy hall

Meshkah is a Martial Arts 武馆(Wu Guan) hall where all the martial arts styles are traditional

The mission of Meshkah is to preserve the traditions of Martial Arts and to assure its transmission to the next generations. In that way every style is taught independently with it’s own structure according to it’s own lineage and Meshkah will prevent any kind of style mixing.

Training in different martial arts does not divide your path, it illuminates it. Each art asks something different of you. One develops your structure; another awakens your sensitivity. One teaches you to advance, while another teaches you to yield. Each reveals a different aspect of your capacity to move, respond and remain present.

Some believe that training multiple styles can be overwhelming, or that it prevents you from going deeply enough into any one of them.

At Meshkah, we believe that this variety can bring you closer to yourself. The arts may differ, but the person being refined remains the same. Each art is a mirror, a method and a doorway.

Whatever you practice, you are ultimately training the person behind the technique, the one who listens, adapts, perseveres, and meets each moment with presence.

Different styles offer different tools, but the true art being developed is You.

And so it begins! Welcome to Meshkah, Rooster Lamps.

We do not practice Shaolin merely to perfect the punch or the kick.

We practice to cultivate the feeling that moves through them. The inner state they awaken, the quality of consciousness they allow us to access.

A place beyond force and softness. Beyond victory and defeat. Beyond polarity.

The punch and the kick are simply the doorway.

Built around efficiency, sensitivity and adaptability, Wing Tsun teaches us to listen through contact, respond without hesitation and move without relying on brute strength.

Through forms, reflex drills and Chi Sao, the body learns to remain rooted, fluid and precise, even and especially under pressure.

· Muay Chaiya ·

Muay Boran (Ancient Boxing) is a traditional Thai martial art, based on the principles and customs of Thai culture. This old art of hand to hand fighting was used in the old times to protect one’s self, family, and country.Like any other traditional martial art, Muay Boran is a path which leads to the discovery of our inner self: from our deepest weaknesses and fears, to our deepest inner force. This is why the training follows the traditional way, where every student will need to master each stance and step before learning the martial techniques.

Muay Chaiya is one of the four styles of the Muay Boran which was practiced in a town called Chaiya, in the Surathani province, close to the south of Thailand. This style was brought to the south by a soldier from the Thai army in Bangkok called Tan Mar. This soldier went to Chaiya to become a monk in the temple of Wat Tung Jab Chang. At that time the Chaiya style was the only hand to hand way practiced in the army, which explains it’s effectiveness in the most dangerous situations. It is also called “The School of the Durian” which is a spiky fruit considered as the “king of fruits” in Asia. These spikes symbolize, the sharp and spiky parts of our body like the knees and elbows which we train untill they turn into solid spear points. which are used against the opponent. There is no specific age to learn, anyone can learn Muay Chaiya, its only master today is Kru Lek in the Baan Chang Thai in Bangkok.

Each art develops something different — in the body, the mind, and the way we meet our selves and others.

QIGONG
The foundation of internal practice. Breath, posture and movement work together to cultivate awareness, strengthen the body, improve circulation and bring greater focus and balance.

TAIJI QUAN NEI GONG
The art of softness and transformation. Rooted in the principles of Yin and Yang, Taiji trains us to fight with relaxation, coordination and internal connection rather than unnecessary force.

SHAOLIN GONG FU
A traditional Chinese martial path built through the fire and light of our being. Stances, forms and martial techniques develop strength, mobility, coordination, endurance, a strong heart and a resilient mind.

MUAY CHAIYA
An ancient Thai fighting system and one of the traditional branches of Muay Boran. Precise footwork, strong defensive foundations and the conditioning of the body’s natural weapons make it both subtle and formidable.

WING TSUN
A Southern Chinese martial art built around efficiency, sensitivity and adaptability. Through forms, reflex drills and Chi Sao, practitioners learn to respond naturally and fluidly rather than relying on brute strength.
