Governance Pyramid

One useful way to conceptualize governance in healthcare is through the Governance Pyramid. This model represents the essential elements that support sound governance within a healthcare organization. At the top of the pyramid lies Board Governance, which provides strategic leadership and oversight. At the base of the pyramid lie Clinical Governance and Financial Governance, which ensure that healthcare delivery is safe, effective, and sustainable. Binding these elements together is the Organizational Culture, which reflects the principles of good governance—such as transparency, accountability, participation, integrity, and continuous improvement.

آليات التقدم لدراسة دبلوم الحوكمة الصحية بمعهد البحوث الطبية (إبتداء من ١٥ يوليو 2025)
١ـ للحصول على رقم الملف الخاص بالتقديم يقوم المتقدم بارسال رسائل عبر الصفحة الرسمية للمعهد https://www.facebook.com/MRI.AlexU.Edu.Eg تحتوي على صورة من بطاقة الرقم القومي (أو جواز السفر للطاب الوافد) والدرجة التي يرغب بالتقدم لها.
٢ـ يقوم الطالب بالدخول على الموقع الالكترونى https://gs.alexu.edu.eg/mobile/mri/
و استخدام رقم الملف المرسل له والرقم القومي وتسجيل بياناته بالدرجة العلمية مع ضرورة التاكد من استخدام ايميل مفعل للتسجيل.
٣ـ يتم طباعة استمارة التسجيل والتوجه إلى قسم الدراسات العليا بالمعهد لسداد رسوم التقديم وتقدر بمبلغ ٣٠٠ جنيها وتسليم صورة من الشهادات المطلوبة.
٤ـ بعد ظهور نتيجة التنسيق بالأقسام العلمية، يتوجه الطلاب المقبولين لقسم الدراسات العليا لاستكمال اجراءات التسجيل النهائية.
٥ـ الوثائق المطلوبة للتقدم للتسجيل: صورة من شهادة التخرج و شهادة التقديرات.
٦ـ يرجا استيفاء متطلبات التسجيل قبل أنتهاء الفترة المقررة للتسجيل.
الرسوم الخاصة بدبلوم الحوكمة الصحية:
١ـ ٣٠٠ جنيه رسوم فتح الملف للطالب الجديد.
٢ـ ١٥٦٠ جنيه رسوم سنوية.
٣ـ ٣٠٠ جنيه رسوم مقررات لكل ساعة معتمدة (الدبلوم ٣٠ ساعة معتمدة).
٤ـ ٤٠٠ جنيه في حالة عدم وجود تأمين صحي للطالب
5- دفع المصروفات عن طريق الفيزا فقط.

The Health Governance Unit, a WHO Collaborating Center on Patient Safety, takes this opportunity to thank the leadership and staff of the Medical Research Institute, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Nursing for their collaboration in holding the first interprofessional patient safety for interns (iPSI) workshop in Alexandria University. A milestone in developing an interprofessional program for patient safety for interns.
