We're Hiring: Compensation & Benefits Section Head!
Elixir Pharma is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits Section Head to lead and manage the company's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs while ensuring internal equity, market competitiveness, and alignment with business objectives.
Work Location: Sheraton, Cairo
The key responsibilities of the job would be:
- Lead all Compensation & Benefits activities across the organization.
- Manage salary structures, grading systems, and job evaluations.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market salary surveys.
- Oversee annual salary reviews, incentive schemes, and bonus programs.
- Monitor manpower cost, budgeting, and headcount planning.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare compensation-related reports.
- Develop and enhance employee benefits programs.
- Support organizational development initiatives and workforce planning.
- Lead and develop the Compensation & Benefits team.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Commerce, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or HR operations.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of salary structures, grading systems, and labor law.
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills.
- Experience within the pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
