2. Job Description

• Assists in the preparation and/or review of architecture, interior drawings, and landscape from concept & schematic design to detailed drawings (Full Construction Drawings).
• Coordinates across trades and develop and/or review the design drawings to provide the working drawings for the technical engineering stage.
• Develops creative ideas keeping in mind project needs and building usage.
• Works closely with other professionals such as project managers, supervision consultants, construction managers, quantity surveyors, etc.
• liaises with relevant professional staff within the team.
• Visits building worksites to ensure work is being done according to architectural plans.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a comprehensive HR system from scratch.

EHCS invited Ms. Elisabeth Chalupa-Gartner, the MUVI Managing Director, and Mr. Nikou Ghassemieh, the Director of Project Acquisition and Development, to visit CapMed from May 20 to 23, 2025.
CapMed top management and team had a series of strategic meetings with MUVI representatives to agree on the final mandate of MUVI during the pre-operational and operational phases.
MUVI visited the construction site to assess the progress. CapMed Team oriented them on the project schedule and the progress of the procurement process.

The MUVI visiting team conducted a comprehensive tour of BUC Medical School. Their visit included the following areas:
• Educational Facilities: Seminar halls, small group discussion rooms, and various laboratories including Biochemistry, Bacteriology, Histology, Anatomy, Pathology, and Physiology labs.
• Observation of Sessions: The team attended ongoing lab sessions and visited several educational halls to evaluate the quality of audio-visual teaching materials.
• Simulation Center: A detailed tour was given, with live demonstrations of all available teaching materials. The team also explored the operating room, recovery area, and the accident and emergency simulation zones.
• Additional Discussions: Topics discussed included student-to-class ratios, staff qualifications, catering services, sports facilities, and transportation logistics.

The visiting team expressed their admiration for the quality and standard of the facilities, noting their similarity to those at their own institution. They commended the dedication of the BUC staff and the well-chosen teaching tools.

The visit highlighted SEU’s commitment to innovation, digital transformation, and excellence in higher education.

The University President emphasized the importance of aligning academic programs with the evolving needs of the healthcare sector, while the provost spoke about the strategic role of interdisciplinary collaboration in advancing educational outcomes. The Dean of the Faculty of Healthcare Technology presented key initiatives designed to enhance student competencies through state-of-the-art simulation labs and digital tools.

The visit concluded with a productive dialogue focused on future joint projects, faculty exchange programs, and opportunities for student engagement. Visual highlights of the visit captured the spirit of innovation and cooperation that marked the day.
