HOW TO USE BODY LOTION?
You can use body lotion as much as you like, but once a day is generally plenty. It's more essential to know (when) you apply than (how frequently). Applying body lotion to dry skin, even topping it up every few hours, is a typical error, but it does not produce the greatest effects. To get the most out of a body lotion, use it after you've gotten out of the shower or bath, when your skin is warm and damp (but not wet). Warm, wet skin is ideal for applying body lotion, since it allows the skin to absorb the most benefits from the moisturizer.
1. Add a dollop into your palm (more if your skin is particularly dry or on rougher areas such as elbows and knees)
2. Warm the lotion by rubbing your palms together.
3. Massage the lotion into your skin in gentle circular motions with your hands.
4. Rep until your entire body is covered (don't forget your neck!)
