BioMED Group is looking for an experienced and motivated Methodology Section Head to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team.

📍 Location: Badr City, Egypt

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Methodology function and ensure effective team performance.
• Develop, review, and optimize manufacturing processes and methodologies.
• Ensure processes comply with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, and R&D teams.
• Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation and process standards.
• Support investigations, troubleshooting, and implementation of corrective actions.

🔹 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / methodology / process development.
• Strong knowledge of GMP and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
