Business Unit Manager – Pharmaceutical**

📍 Location: Cairo

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Sales & Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic marketing & business plans.
• Drive product launches and business development opportunities.
• Monitor business performance, sales, profitability, and budgets.
• Lead cross-functional teams to maximize product performance and market growth.
• Develop, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong background in both Sales & Marketing management.
• Experience in product launches and business development.
• Previous experience in an MNC is highly preferred.
• Strong strategic thinking, financial planning, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Veterinary Medicine. *(MBA or Marketing qualification is a plus.)*
• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency.
