Have you ever added stuff on your plate and then realized it was putting too much weight that you couldn’t handle? If it ever happened you can :
1 - see if some of the weight you carry actually requires that much emotions and energy or if you can stop investing them. Ex : an unpredictable event happened, you can acknowledge your emotional reaction and then detach from it. (Getting out of survival mode by acknowledging that you are able to shift your beliefs and therefore perception)
2 - be honest with yourself, learn through this experience and try to acknowledge what your real capacity is.
3 - prioritize the glasses to unload, one by one, by distinguishing them.
4 - acknowledge that sometimes it just happens. Sometimes we are doing great but still it just happened. Your focus and your awarness of yourself is what can help you to avoid it, though tge number of perfect humans on earth is zero.0️⃣
5 - remember that you can gently and politely refuse new glass on your plate, if you don’t feel like handling it.
Take care of yourself 🫶
