Within the second trimester in pregnancy, our ligaments and tendons start to go through noticable change if we are tuned into our bodies. Our fascia contracts in areas as it expands more in other areas in our bodies. Our center of gravity shifts as a new humans to be form inside our wombs and our instinct starts to sharpen. True Feminie is about processes and cycles, not so much about what we wear and how we speak.

We can make it simple still :) start, with preparing our bodies. Breathing, stretching, opening up our tissues and strengthening our chain of muscles and tendons so that they are able to work in harmony.

I am designing a cool program that will work on:

If you have natural birth in mind, this can help you trust the process, and let go of the need to control.

1 - Opening up our hips, pelvis and lower back, while strengthening this area (referred to as Kua in Chinese Qi Gong).

2- Loosing up the tendons and ligaments, introducing a set of stretches that will allow you to relax. Tension holds things in place, resulting in more pain with less gain. Relaxing however allows for flow, when we let go of tension, our wombs is allowed space to do its miracles and deliver.

3- A mother, is originally an archetype. Meaning it is a symbol with a set of emotional, functional and behavioral codes. Being conscious of it, can shape a reality that is more grounded in our personal nature. We'll dive into that through Jungian Coaching tools.

4- As the womb stretches upward, all of our organs shift, this is where 5 elements/animals Qi Gong shows to our service. Opening up Fascia around our organs to be functioning optimally.

5- Breathing techniques and meditation that allow for a more intimate relationship with your body. The mind only directs and initiates, but through your OWN feeling, you are able to flow and be.

Once upon a time, I was a happy-go-lucky artistic girl with lots of defense mechanisms underneath the surface, lots of fears and so many questions. I was on a path towards union and a body that was conditioned to understand and feel.

At exactly the right moment, Taha Hassouna founder OF MESHKAH crossed my path, being a friend of a friend. I was introduced to his practise and I started learning with him in 2016. Around 2018, he started the full-time school, I was extremely infected by this love for Chinese marshal and internal arts. I found out that all the training I had been doing in my life was for this moment. So, I signed up for the full-time after a couple of years getting more and more obsessed with these traditional systems, the duration of the program was not specified yet.

A year later, I was called to go to Wudang and meet another very dear teacher. Then my own hero's journey unfolded, ONLY to bring me back to where I started with my first dear teacher and elder Gong Fu brother. Through training, I feel one with myself and all that's around me. I feel that this is home. This training! This intention! this witnessing and flowing with life force, ohhhhh and the taming of desire and rekindling of willpower! Only poetry would come out of this learning.

Through a few years of solitude, I am destined to taste the effect of the group, smell the beautiful nuances of true harmony and grasp the solidity of meaningful perseverance. I have not "graduated" from any place because I don't intend to, that's my own little quirky thing, and I like to stay true to my nature!

However the true meaning I find in this is that, I remain to be a student, sharing what I learn as I go, forever grateful for my teacher, all my teachers and their teachers, and their teachers :)

MESHKAH remains to be a place where I find myself returning home, which is within. And another round of learning with Taha always fills my heart with pure Joy. 9 years now!

3rd week of learning with Ajarn Pichet has finished. As deep as the emotions run, there's motivation to keep the flame within the heart. And to extend the earthly string through heart, doing and speech. 3rd week was a cold shower! So grateful. In Awe of the power of a great human teacher.

- Feeling pain is a part of the experience, you want to feel? Feel your pain to begin with.

- Helping my own, before helping anybody.

- Feel emotions through the heart not the senses.

- To feel others is to be as clear as possible.

- We feel good things and bad things! This is the realm we are in. Feel feel feel.

- Words don't matter in such a space within teacher and student. Feeling is the most powerful frequency.

- Keep the good actions! Better and better time after time. Practise and practise good.
