Mash Premiere is seeking an experienced National Sales Manager – GIT Division to lead and drive sales operations nationwide. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Gastrointestinal Therapy (GIT).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement nationwide sales strategies for the GIT portfolio.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales force to achieve targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and medical teams for business alignment.
• Manage budgets, sales planning, and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Science, or related field (MBA is a plus).

• Lead, coach, and develop the medical representatives team within the assigned district.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the PCU Line.

• Monitor competitors’ activities and provide timely market insights.
