تنبيهات هامة لآداء الإمتحانات لجميع طلاب الفرق الدراسية للعام الجامعى ٢٠٢٥ /٢٠٢٦
١. على جميع الطلاب الإلتزام بمواعيد و اماكن عقد الإمتحانات المعلن عنها من إدارة شئون التعليم و الطلاب و في حالة عقد الإمتحانات على جلسات متكررة لن يسمح للطالب بآداء الإمتحان فى مجموعة غير مجموعته طبقا للتوزيعات المعلنة
٢. على جميع الطلاب إحضار اصل إثبات الشخصية حديث ( كارنيه الكلية _ جواز السفر _ بطاقة الرقم القومى ) لن يسمح للطالب دخول قاعة الامتحانات دون احضار إثبات الشخصية
٣. على الطلاب التواجد داخل لجان الإمتحانات قبل موعد بداية الإمتحانات المذكورة بالجداول ب ١٥ دقيقة و ذلك لإظهار تحقيق الشخصية و التوقيع فى كشوف الحضور و إستلام اوراق الإجابة و كتابة بيانات الطالب و مراجعتها
٤. سيتم غلق قاعات الإمتحانات عند بداية الإمتحان المعلن بالجدول تماما
٥. لن يسمح بدخول الطالب الى قاعة الإمتحان بعد مرور ١٠ دقائق من بداية الإمتحان و فى حال دخول الطالب خلال العشر دقائق المسموح بها لن يتم تعويض الطالب بأى وقت إضافى و سوف يحسب وقت التأخير من وقت إمتحانه
٦. الطالب مسئول عن متعلقاته الشخصية ( الهاتف المحمول _ حافظة نقوده) ذلك بما لا يخل بالنظام و الهدوء داخل اللجان
٧. الإحتفاظ بالهاتف المحمول مغلق تماما power off و فى حالة ضبط التليفون مفتوح تعتبر حالة شروع فى الغش و سيتم مصادرته و تحويل الطالب للتحقيق بالشئون القانونية لإتخاز اللازم نحو مجازاة الطالب

Important for All Students
Important Instructions for Taking Exams for All Academic Years (2025 / 2026)
All students must strictly adhere to the examination dates and venues announced by the Department of Education and Student Affairs. In the case of multi-session exams, no student will be allowed to take the exam in a group other than their assigned group according to the announced distributions.
All students must bring a valid, original proof of identity (Faculty ID - Passport - National ID). No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall without presenting proof of identity.
Students must be present inside the examination halls 15 minutes prior to the exam start time specified in the schedules, in order to show proof of identity, sign the attendance sheets, receive answer booklets, and write and verify student data.
Examination halls will be closed promptly at the exam start time announced in the schedule.
No student will be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10 minutes from the start of the exam. In the event that a student enters within the permissible 10 minutes, no extra time will be compensated, and the delay time will be deducted from their exam time.
The student is responsible for their personal belongings (mobile phone - wallet) in a manner that does not disturb the order and quietness inside the halls.
Keeping the mobile phone completely turned off (power off). In the event that the phone is found switched on, it will be considered an attempted cheating offense, and it will be confiscated, with the student being referred to Legal Affairs for investigation to take the necessary disciplinary action against the student.
Answering must be done using a blue ballpoint pen only.
It is strictly forbidden to write the name or seat number inside the answer booklet.
