Core Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy or related science.
• Fluency in Spoken and Written English.
• Previous experience in GYN or ENT and URO market is highly preferred.
• 2 years’ experience as DM or RM in reputable pharmaceutical companies.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to align different parties.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
• To meet sales targets within agreed budgets, timescales and resources.
• Coach and develop team members’ skills and performance.
• Attract, develop and retain talented Medical Representatives.
• Monitor the performance of the Medical Reps (visit plans, reports, and business communications.)
• Work to develop your assigned area to identify and capture new potential business opportunities.
• Participate in setting realistic and ambitious sales forecasts and developing specific plans, tactics to reach the forecast
• Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures and serve as a role model to all team members.
• Work closely with EEs customers to build strategic long-term partnership for mutual benefit.
• Closely monitor the market’s dynamics and competitors’ activities to deliver timely feedback and recommend initiative counteracts.
• Work closely with the marketing and supportive team to develop & execute sales tactics, tools and promotional materials.
• To conduct quarterly performance review for direct report Medical Representatives including with performance development plan.
• Submitting weekly and monthly reports to direct manager as per country reporting system
