Course Objectives
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
* Understand the current concepts, classification, and mechanisms of Low Back Pain.
* Perform a comprehensive assessment to identify the main source of symptoms and guide clinical decision-making.
* Apply the McKenzie Approach to assess directional preference and prescribe appropriate exercises.
* Assess and treat neural involvement using Neurodynamic techniques.
* Use Spinal Mobilization techniques safely and effectively when clinically indicated.
* Integrate Motor Control and Core Stability exercises into rehabilitation programs.
* Understand the latest evidence regarding the use of Electrotherapy in managing Low Back Pain.
* Recognize the importance of the Biopsychosocial Approach and incorporate it into patient assessment and treatment.
* Design individualized, evidence-based treatment plans by combining manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education.
* Improve clinical reasoning skills to confidently choose the right intervention for each patient and achieve better clinical outcomes.
