Pure Relief Therapy Cairo Mobile massage and therapy, at your home or location in Ma'adi or surrounding Cairo area. I am clinically trained/certified American Massage Therapist.

Treatments are focused on relief of pain due to muscular/skeletal imbalance and stress and to improve mental well-being. We are family oriented and wholesome in atmosphere, creating a space in your day for health and rejuvenation. Therapy based massage modalities available include: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Prenatal Massage, Foot Reflexology and Dry Cupping

(Hijama). Massages are offered as 60 minutes (1 hour) for 250 LE, or 90 minutes for 350 LE. Additional fees may apply for locations outside of Maadi. Call for details and availability.

I sincerely apologize to all of my followers that tried to contact me in the last few months. Due to unfortunate illness and injury, business services and therapy sessions have been unavailable. Egyptians have known the importance of Massage for thousands of years!

This is an artist's rendition of the carving in the Physicians Tomb (belonging to Ankhmahor, the Vizier during the reign of Teti) in Saqqara. This is considered by some authorities as the earliest positive record of reflexology treatment. Also the earliest known written records of massage therapy were discovered in Egypt, in the tomb of Ptah-hotep (a Vizier during the reign of Djedkare, during the 5th dynasty in the Old Kingdom). Ptah-hotep is portrayed while having his legs massaged by a servant.

Egyptologists have uncovered papyrus dating back over 3,000 years describing various medical procedures, one of them being the manipulation of the spine by the hands.
