Out of a remarkable number of submissions, only 17 outstanding research projects were shortlisted and presented at the 4th GEPPMA Annual Meeting poster session. This selection reflects the high quality and competitiveness of the work shared by our young researchers.

We are pleased to welcome Ass. Prof. Dr Yasmine Mandour as a guest speaker at the GEPPMA 2025 in Computational Drug Discovery Session with a talk titled: “Computational Pharmacogenomics-Guided Drug Design” 🧬 💊 👌

Yasmine M. Mandour is currently an Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry at the School of Life and Medical Sciences, University of Hertfordshire hosted by Global Academic Foundation (UH-GAF). She received multiple fellowships from the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) to conduct her research work dedicated to computational and medicinal chemistry. In particular, she is interested in investigation of protein-ligand interactions and applying virtual screening techniques to develop new ligands for various protein targets with special interest in GPCRs, glycine receptor and immune checkpoints.

We look forward to gaining insights from her vast experience in computational chemistry and personalized drug design.💡
