انطلقت فعاليات المؤتمر السنوي الأول للطب الباطني، وهو المؤتمر الأول من سلسلة
Practical Management in Internal Medicine – PMIM
وذلك بأكاديمية الأميرة فاطمة للتعليم الطبي المهني بالقاهرة، بحضور نخبة متميزة من الأساتذة والاستشاريين والأطباء من مختلف التخصصات والمؤسسات الطبية.

ناقش المؤتمر أحدث التوصيات والأساليب العملية في تشخيص وعلاج فشل القلب الانقباضي والانبساطي، إلى جانب عدد من الموضوعات المهمة في طب الطوارئ والرعاية الحرجة وأمراض القلب ومكافحة العدوى.
كما تضمن المؤتمر ورشة عمل متقدمة في
Adult Echocardiography
شملت تدريبًا عمليًا مباشرًا على تقييم القلب بالموجات فوق الصوتية واستخدامات الإيكو في الممارسة الإكلينيكية اليومية والتعامل مع الحالات الحرجة.
واختُتم المؤتمر بفقرة تكريم لعدد من القامات العلمية والشخصيات الطبية تقديرًا لإسهاماتهم العلمية ودورهم البارز في دعم التعليم الطبي وتطوير المنظومة الصحية في مصر.
The First Annual Internal Medicine Conference – PMIM Series

The first annual conference of Internal Medicine, and the inaugural edition of the Practical Management in Internal Medicine (PMIM) Series, was successfully held at the Princess Fatima Academy for Medical Professional Education in Cairo, with distinguished attendance from professors, consultants, and physicians from various medical specialties and institutions.
The conference was held under the patronage of
Prof. Dr. Eman El-Shal
Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, Al-Azhar University for Girls, and chaired by
Prof. Dr. Mohamed Zakaria Khalil
President of the Conference.
The event was also honored by the attendance of
Prof. Dr. Gamal Shaaban
Former Dean of the National Heart Institute, alongside a distinguished delegation from the Medical Services Sector of the Ministry of Interior under the umbrella of
Major General Dr. Nabil Fekry
Head of the Scientific Committees.
The conference focused on the latest recommendations and practical approaches in the diagnosis and management of systolic and diastolic heart failure, in addition to several important topics in emergency medicine, cardiology, critical care, and infection control.
The scientific program also included an advanced Adult Echocardiography Workshop, providing hands-on practical training on cardiac ultrasound assessment and bedside echocardiography applications in daily clinical practice.
The conference concluded with an honoring ceremony recognizing distinguished medical and academic figures for their remarkable scientific contributions and continuous support for medical education and healthcare development in Egypt.
