When we first touched down in Morocco, we didn’t just arrive at a project site we
stepped into a story of transformation already in motion.

In bustling health ministries, busy clinics, and community halls, we met doctors, nurses, policymakers, and reformers all driven by a shared goal: to make healthcare more equitable, responsive, and sustainable.

Morocco isn’t just planning reform it’s living it.

Phoenix joined this journey at a critical turning point. Our role? To support, accelerate, and strengthen what local leaders had already begun.

From policy desks to hospital corridors, we worked side by side with changemakers to help reimagine a health system rooted in local ambition and global best practice.

Here’s what we delivered, together:
- A deep-dive assessment of the national health strategy
- A roadmap for healthcare workforce transformation
- Programs to tackle specialty shortages and national skill gaps

من السياسات إلى الممارسة

حين وطئت أقدامنا المغرب، لم نصل إلى موقع مشروع فحسب، بل دخلنا إلى حكاية تغيير حيّة، تسير بخطوات واثقة منذ زمن.

في أروقة وزارات الصحة المزدحمة، والعيادات المليئة بالمرضى والأطباء، وقاعات المجتمع المحلي، التقينا بأطباء
وممرضين، بصانعي سياسات ومصلحين، جميعهم يجمعهم هدف واحد: جعل الرعاية الصحية أكثر عدلاً،أكثر استجابة، وأكثر

- تصميم نموذج متكامل لأول مستشفى لجراحة قلب الأطفال
