وشهد المنتدى العديد من الجلسات الحوارية المثمرة التي جمعت نخبة من الخبراء وصناع القرار، وأسفرت عن تبادل أفكار ورؤى عملية حول مستقبل العمل، والحماية الاجتماعية، والتحول المؤسسي، مع توافق على أهمية تحويل هذه النقاشات إلى مبادرات تنفيذية، وأوراق بحثية، وشراكات استراتيجية تُحدث أثرًا ملموسًا على أرض الواقع.
