تحت شعار: "الإعاقة في عيون الإنسانية
إرادة تصنع الأمل وتكسر المستحيل.
في إطار الاستعدادات لانعقاد الدورة الثامنة للمهرجان العربي الدولي لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
يسر إدارة المهرجان أن تعلن عن إتاحة استمارة المشاركة الرسمية للراغبين في الترشح والمشاركة بفعاليات المهرجان، والمقرر انعقاده بالنصف الثاني من شهر ديسمبر 2026 بالقاهرة _ جمهورية مصر العربية.
وتدعو إدارة المهرجان أصحاب الجائزة والإرادة، والفرق، والمؤسسات، والجمعيات، والمبادرات، والجهات المعنية، من جميع الدول، إلى استكمال استمارة المشاركة وإرسالها مرفقة بالأعمال المطلوبة، للمشاركة في واحد من أبرز المهرجانات الإنسانية الداعمة للإبداع والدمج والتمكين والوقاية والمكافحة.

خطوات التقديم

استكمال جميع البيانات المطلوبة.
إرفاق فيديو تعريفي أو عرض للمشاركة لا تتجاوز مدته دقيقتين، مع أي مرفقات داعمة.
إرسال الاستمارة والمرفقات عبر القنوات الرسمية للمهرجان.

"Disability Through the Eyes of Humanity"
Determination Creates Hope and Breaks the Impossible
As part of the preparations for the 8th Edition of the Arab International Festival for People with Disabilities, the Festival Administration is pleased to announce the opening of the Official Participation Form for individuals and organizations wishing to apply and participate in the festival activities, scheduled to be held during the second half of December 2026 in Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt.
The Festival Administration warmly invites people of determination, talented individuals, teams, institutions, associations, initiatives, and organizations from all countries to complete the official participation form and submit it together with the required materials to take part in one of the leading humanitarian festivals supporting creativity, inclusion, empowerment, prevention, and awareness.

- Folk, Heritage, and Performing Arts.
- Theatre and Drama.
- Sports and Physical Performances.
- Poetry, Literature, Short Stories, and Creative Writing.
- Purposeful Short Films.
- Innovation and Inventions.
- Assistive Technology.
- Inspiring Role Models, Success Stories, and Human Determination.
Application Steps
1. Download the Official Participation Form.
2. Complete all the required information.
3. Attach a presentation or introductory video (maximum 2 minutes) along with any supporting documents.
4. Submit the completed form and all attachments through the Festival's official communication channels.
