We’re all born with both feminine and masculine energies, regardless of our physical gender; we all have the temptations to lean more towards one polarity than the other.

No one will ever sustain a perfect balance of both energies, like the continuous change of the day and nighttime :) . The trick here is how to navigate between them to create harmony in your life and within.

Both masculine and feminine energies have an unhealthy, wounded aspect and a healthy, divine aspect. The wounded part comes from ego, a place of fear and darkness and always leads to pain. Day 2 was all about the soul! .

Now after the girls did their facials with on day 1 and had dinner at it’s time to give the soul a bit of attention.
Kundalini yoga with was the perfect way to start the day .
Followed by a little fun break in the middle i was time to learn more skincare with dr .nardine.yohanna .
I couldn’t have ended their day any better than with the amazing guru who gave the girl a super ve talk about self love .
