MSSA is a students’ NGO, which is a full member of IFMSA "International Federation of Medical Students' Association", through IFMSA-Egypt. MSSA was established in 1974 by Dr.Youssif Rezk, we were called Mansoura Students Scientific Society (MSSS), but then restructured in 1999 and named MSSA. MSSA is an independent association that represents students of Mansoura faculty of medicine, established under the patronage of Mansoura faculty of medicine dean. It pursues its aims without political, religious, social, racial, sexual, or any other discrimination.
هى منظمة طلابية غير حكومية والتى تعد عضو فى الاتحاد الفيدرالى الدولى لطلاب الطب عن طريق عضويتها فى فرعه فى مصر، أنشأها دكتور يوسف رزق عام 1974 وكانت تسمى MSSS
MSSA ثم تم إعادة هيكلتها عام 1999، سميت ب
وهى جمعية مستقلة تمثل طلاب كلية طب المنصورة، أنشأت تحت رعاية عميد كلية طب المنصورة, وهى تنتهج أهدافها دون أي تفرقة سياسية أو دينية أو اجتماعية أو عرقية أو جنسية أو أي نوع آخر من التفرقة

- SCOPE; Standing Committee on Professional Exchange.
- SCORE; Standing Committee on Research Exchange.
- SCOME; Standing Committee on Medical Education.
- SCOPH; Standing Committee on Public Health.
- SCORA; Standing Committee on Sexual and Reproductive health including AIDS.
- SCORP; Standing Committee on Human Rights and Peace.

MSSA goals
to serve society and medical students through :
- increase medical students' skills and professional experience.
- increase awareness of medical students about their role in society.
- increase awareness of medical students about their role in decision-making inside the faculty.
- empowering medical students in using their knowledge and capacities for the benefit of society.
- promoting and facilitating professional and scientific exchange as well as projects and extracurricular training for medical students thereby sensitizing them to other cultures and society with their health problems.
- providing a link between members, medical student association, and international organizations, encouraging cooperation among them for the ultimate benefit of society.
أهداف الجمعية
خدمة المجتمع وطلاب الطب عن طريق
- زيادة المهارات لدى طلاب الطب وخبرتهم المهنية
- زيادة الوعي لدى طلاب الطب عن دورهم فى المجتمع
- زيادة الوعي لدي طلاب الطب عن دورهم فى عملية صنع القرار داخل الكلية
- تمكين طلاب الطب من استخدام معارفهم وقدراتهم لمصلحة المجتمع
- تشجيع وتسهيل تبادل المعلومات المهنية والعلمية فضلا عن المشاريع والدورات التدريبية خارج نظام المناهج الدراسية لطلاب الطب توعية بذلك من الثقافات الأخرى والمجتمع مع مشاكلهم الصحية
- توفير وجود صلة بين الأعضاء و الجمعية الطبية الطلابية والمنظمات الدولية، وتشجيع التعاون فيما بينها من أجل المنفعة القصوى للمجتمع

is a full member of the IFMSA since 1969. IFMSA-Egypt consists of 23 local branches in the following medical faculties: (Ainshams, Alexandria, Assuit, Azhar, Azhar Assuit, Banha, Banisuif, KasrEiny, Mansoura, Menoufya, Souhag, Suez Canal, Tanta, Zagazig, MUST, O6U and Fayoum).

was founded in 1951 in Copenhagen as a result of the post-war wave of friendship among international students and has evolved to represent more than 1,100,000 medical students from over 100 nations. The IFMSA is affiliated with the United Nations system as a non-political non-governmental organization and is recognized by the World Health Organization as the official international forum for medical students (since 1969). IFMSA serves as a forum for sharing ideas and expertise among student organizations pertaining to public health, medical education, reproductive health, and human rights. IFMSA also serves as an action platform to formulate policies and coordinate activities by its member organizations.

تأسس في عام 1951 في كوبنهاغن نتيجة لموجة ما بعد الحرب من الصداقة بين الطلاب الدوليين وتطور ليمثل أكثر من 1,100,000 طلاب الطب من أكثر من 100 دولة. ويتبع إلى منظومة الأمم المتحدة كمنظمة غير حكومية غير سياسية، ومعترف بها من قبل منظمة الصحة العالمية باعتبارها المحفل الدولي الرسمي لطلاب كلية الطب (منذ 1969). منذ عام 1951
وهو بمثابة منتدى لتبادل الأفكار والخبرات بين المنظمات الطلابية التي تتعلق بالصحة العامة، والتعليم الطبي والصحة الإنجابية وحقوق الإنسان. وهو أيضا بمثابة منصة عمل لصياغة السياسات والأنشطة على التنسيق من قبل المنظمات الأعضاء فيها
