Most people find me when they’ve already tried other things.
They’ve read the books. They understand their patterns. They might even know exactly where it started.
And yet — something isn’t shifting.
This is the gap I work in.
Between knowing and changing.
Between understanding and actually feeling different.
My approach combines CBT, clinical hypnosis and mindfulness — not because it’s a trend, but because each method reaches a different layer. Together they create something none of them does alone.
What surprises people most is that this work didn’t start in a therapy room for me. It started on a mat — years of Hapkido and yoga before I ever trained clinically. Learning to redirect fear rather than fight it. To use breath and body as tools. To practise a response until it becomes natural.
That’s still exactly what I do. Just with more tools now- and different ‚language‘.
