Want to know what a Zumba + LIFT class involves? 💪🔥

A lot of people aren’t aware of what this class is actually like!

Zumba LIFT combines INTENSE cardio intervals with resistance weight training, using slower, controlled exercises to really work the muscles. With **12–13 songs**, you’ll definitely feel the burn! 🔥

Each week we focus on a different area of the body — upper body one week, lower body the next.

If you’re ready to push your fitness to the next level, this is definitely a class for you! 💪

Every class I teach is built on passion, energy, and a genuine love for helping people move, smile, and feel stronger.

I'm so grateful for how far I've come, and I'm just as excited about where I'm going. Learning never stops, and neither do I. Every course, every qualification, and every new challenge is another opportunity to grow so I can give even more to my amazing participants.
