The correlation between kidney and hip extension 🏃🏻‍♂️

Reduced kidney mobility may influence hip extension ✅

Due to the anatomical and fascial connections between the kidneys and the psoas - visceral restrictions can increase anterior hip tension and limit proper hip extension.

When the kidney loses its physiological glide, it may alter lumbopelvic mechanics and create compensatory patterns during gait and extension-based movements.
