The young naive chubby girl is still inside me somewhere.
The one always shy, the one admiring her friends long legs in shorts, but her herself only wearing long jeans in the peak of summer.
The one who never jumper into the pool when going out with friends, and instead sat in the corner wrapped in her towel, saying she didn't feel great (but dying inside to cool down and jump in).
and you know what's funny?
I was a model before that.
Until my early 20ties.
Photoshoots. Runways. Editorials.
But I didn't have to do anything to be skinny as a teenager - my young metabolism took care of that.
But when I gained first 10kgs, all my confidence was gone. P**f.
From there, I tried every challenge. Every diet. Every bootcamp.
Just to give up always couple weeks in, because it was brutal and I definitely didn't enjoy it.
I thought well, all my family is fat, so I guess it's my turn now.
Well not if you crack the code and know how to work with a grown up metabolism it's not!
But what i'm trying to say - being fit WILL MAKE YOU HAPPY.
You can say whatever you want, but from my own experience...
It will open so many doors, so many opportunities, and the process of keeping fit will also give you resilience and drive.
You will be hungry to get successful.
To crush whatever you get onto.
That's a fact x
