In just two days, the September Awaken to Glow retreat begins!

I am beyond excited to welcome 9 wonderful guests to our private oasis: a beautiful villa by the Mediterranean coast designed for total rest with daily yoga & meditation, plus creative expression workshops. For the next few days, they won't have to worry about a single thing except relaxing and reconnecting with themselves.

Hosting these retreats is truly one of my greatest passions. I love guiding others, creating life-changing experiences, and sharing the tools and practices that have helped me live a more balanced, purposeful life. There is nothing quite like watching a group come together and create memories that last a lifetime.

There are three pillars at my Awaken to Glow Retreat in September.
1. Yoga
2. Rest
3. Creative Expression Workshops

Today I share the three workshops we will be having:
1. Mandala creation with our intentions and to be a focus point for meditation.
2. Guided journey to reflect on our life, superpowers and lessons...
3. A collaborative piece where we will pour our good messages for each other.

There's one week left before my "Awaken to Glow"Retreat and I am finalising the schedule to send it to the guests, also some practical information of places to visit and what the back to be ready to enjoy the experience to the max.

At my Retreats, I balance the time and energy between yoga & meditation in the morning, plenty of time to rest and recharge in the pool or walking at the beach. Leaving the afternoons for creative expression workshops. At night we either have a sound bath or time to chat.

There is one week left to the Awaken to Glow Retreat and I am excited to count with the best team:

will be taking amazing photos and be my helpful hand for these days. She works internationally and I am looking forward to her calming energy.

Angelika is our amazing chef that makes food nourishing, delicious and beautiful. She works in the Altea area with her Creativa Events.

From the transfer driver to the villa managers, it is a game of logistics and patience. It's great I do enjoy this planing and making sure all works out together seamlessly.

The human brain literally cannot multitask 🧠🤯

When we think we’re doing three things at once, science shows our brains are actually just "context switching"—rapidly toggling back and forth, draining our glucose reserves, and spiking our cortisol. It’s a fast track to burnout and nervous system dysregulation.

True productivity and true presence looks entirely different. It looks like single-tasking.

It’s the radical act of doing one thing at a time, and actually being there for it:
📧 Writing one email, without three other tabs open
🍵 Truly tasting your coffee, instead of drinking it on autopilot
🍜 Inhaling the rich smell of your food before the first bite

When we slow down enough to anchor our attention in a single sensory experience, we soothe our overstimulated nervous systems. We move out of fight-or-flight and into a state of creative flow.

You don’t need to do more. You just need to be here for what you’re already doing ✨

My Burnout Diaries Series: Productivity Addiction & The Anxiety Loop

My confession as a high-achiever: At one point, I was juggling 5 jobs at the same time.
My self-worth wasn't measured in well-being, but in how many tasks I could jam into my Google Calendar and what my LinkedIn title said.

If you’ve seen Inside Out 2, you’ll perfectly remember Anxiety frantically taking over the control console.
That’s exactly how high-functioning anxiety feels from the inside out: your brain is constantly scanning for the next "crisis" to manage, keeping your nervous system in a low-grade, perpetual fight-or-flight state.

The result? I woke up exhausted even after a full night's sleep, isolated from others and worried about the future.
