Thursday evening was blissful down at Cala Blanca. This is where we had Yin Yoga. Laying on our mats with the warm pavement underneath, the evening breeze brushing our skin, the sound of the sea and the sun going down.
It was magical and will be repeated.
Just the pleasure of taking some time for yourself, to reflect, to slow down and JUST BE.
Our next Yin class at Cala Blanca will be on June 23rd 7pm.

Are you ready for the challenge???
On June 21st is International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice🌞🌞

Having a blast in Scotland but also very much looking forward to yoga at Cala Blanca on Tuesday night. Come on by...Take a few minutes to absorb the scenery, feel connected, get grounded and just be. Flow, listen to your body and be thankful for all that you have...
